ve decided to separate n live in separate rooms if anything u r not together anymore n I do believe that u should file for divorce n move in with ur new bf he now needs to step up n be a man n take care of u n this baby on the way n with ur children work out a custody agreement, assets between u n ex I honestly think it will out it may not be an ideal road n seem scary n hard but at least it's right n u can be happy it's 7 yrs how much longer r u willing to live unhappily for???
So i dont understand some of the things people say.. Theyll tell me " u need to sleep as much as u can b4 the baby comes" but when i take a nap, they tell my husband am lazy. Or my husbands dog. Shel get loose and leave. And they always expect me to go chase after her. Am due in 2days. Yeah i want to have my baby already but geeze am not going to chase after a dog.. Even so the dog comes back on her own.. Why does people have to be like this..
Did u already file for divorce? Cuz that can take months. The petition has to be filed for 30 days then 60 additional days at least to get a court hearing minimum. But u got to take care of it before your bf has any legal rights over your child. But u can still name your bf on the birth certificate but the other lady is right he won't be the legal father just the presumed father.
How far along are you?. What an a$!hole. Like u need any added stress. My bro & bro in law were royal jerks when my sis & sis in law were pregnant. I'm soo sorry u have 2 deal with that.
I'm going through a divorce but if your pregnant while married there's nothing you can do, courts will automatically establish paternity when baby is born so you can have a lovely custody battle. There's is my 4th pregnancy so I found the only way to save this baby from an abusive man who did drugs was to do an adoption. Obviously this is your first baby so your going to have to fight for him/her.
m still legally married to someone else and he refusing to file for divorce. I served him paper two years ago but signed them to late. SHOULD I tell him about the baby in hopes that he will then file for divorce. Or just let him discover my growing baby.
I have been wanting to leave my husband for several months now. And he is on to me that I'm seeing someone. Which I have been.
But every time I tell him I don't want to be with him anymore, he forces our love for me to love him and I don't. I love him in a caring way but not an intimate way. Hes a type of person who gets hurt very easily, and I want to know how bad of an idea would it be if I told him I had been seeing someone for 7 months?....
In the divorce paperwork they will set visitation. Idk what the laws are where you are but here in KY you can not file for divorce until the child is born. You can file for legal separation but that is it. I would go ahead and call a lawyers and see what the rules are in your area. You may be able to file but not go to court until after baby is here. In divorce papers they will set up child support, visitation, medical support for baby etc.
Ur husband/boyfriend cannot take Ur child away fr U (whether U work or not). U have to be an unfit mother by being very neglectful or by using drugs. U don't necessarily need an atty, call the court they can help (there usually is a court clinic that works w people). Call Ur local child enforcement division they will help U do the paper work to set up child support. It can be done & u no longer have only urself to think about but Ur child most importantly.

Dont get me wrong i love my husbands parents well maybe just his mom. His dad can K I S S MY A S S .he is soooooo dang self centered and doesnt do any "man job" if their having a problem with a leak in the sink or the car needs a little look at or the grass and weeds need cut or anything like that. He or my husbands mom calls my husband after he gets off of work too go and fix it. They expect him right then and there.
I'm over 35 & will be seeing my dr every week & 1/2. I may go in for a bio physical profile but so far no weekly U/S. I had a non stress test this week & my glucose testing done. I am also considered high risk & wouldn't be surprised if I get a few more u/s in the future. Good Luck to you!
I had my first u/s at 18w n they couldn't tell if it was a boy or girl. at my next doc appointment he said they only do 2 u/s one at the beginning n one at the end to see how big the baby is. so how am I supposed to find out what my baby is before then??? does anyone else doc only do 2 u/s or is it just mine??? I can't wait anymore to find out!!!
