Ok I can help u with this as I worked with divorces and paternity for 12 years prior to my career now. But I'm from Texas so laws change from state to state but usually minor details. But by TX law it would complicate things. Legally the legal father is your husband. Now naming your bf as the father on the birth certificate doesn't establish paternity between the baby and ur bf. It actually doesn't do anything. U can name anyone on the birth certificate.
m still legally married to someone else and he refusing to file for divorce. I served him paper two years ago but signed them to late. SHOULD I tell him about the baby in hopes that he will then file for divorce. Or just let him discover my growing baby.

In the divorce paperwork they will set visitation. Idk what the laws are where you are but here in KY you can not file for divorce until the child is born. You can file for legal separation but that is it. I would go ahead and call a lawyers and see what the rules are in your area. You may be able to file but not go to court until after baby is here. In divorce papers they will set up child support, visitation, medical support for baby etc.

Ignorance I know first hand cause my n laws really wreck my nerves. Most days I'm stuck hollering at kids and I don't understand I will shut my door and lock it some me time. Everyone beats down my door if I'm sleep and don't answer they will call my phone 1000 times annoying as hell. Every state has different laws and you can check out your state's laws. But, laws are laws whether no matter who brings it to the authorities attention. Social services could take a look at a young minor with someone older and pursue charges along with the hospital.
I think it is hard because a 3 year age difference is not huge . . . but seems that way in the teen years. in reality, there isn't that huge a difference between a 15 year old and an 18 year old in my opinion.
Not bashing but you are 15. You shouldn't get married because your pregnant. I don't know the laws in Texas but u should be able to give the baby any name u want. Marriage is something you should wait for so you know it's something that you really want.
I am pretty sure that it can be used against you in a divorce, but I can't say 100%. In Texas, if a spouse cheats, the other is entitled to 90% of assets in a divorce. Granted you started seeing someone after you split up, but you are still legally married. You may want to talk to your attorney, or call another one to ask just in case.
I'm not sure what the laws in your state are but in Texas you can only refill narcotics/opiods within 7 days of the eligible day. I've run into this problem before.
The problem is about EXPECTATIONS!! We expect too much from our in laws at the time of pregnancy. We want them to care us like our mother n father but we have to remember they are our in laws not our real parents. Our parents gave so much love to us so we expect same from others. I used to feel same when I am still 35 weeks pregnant but now I am used to it and expect less from my MIL..
I have been in pain management here in Texas since 2011. I had a failed test a few months ago with thc in my system. Since I’ve never failed tests my Dr didn’t discharge me but he is tapering me off my meds. I’ve tried the last three months to take less meds but my pain is too bad. I’ve been at the same practice since 2011 I am now looking for another doctor . The THC was from CbD oil that I stupidly didn’t check to make sure there was no THC in.
Im not sure but you should definitely tell him to get it together and go outside or not even smoke around you bc the smell stays in their clothes
