it depends what state you live in they have different laws. In Indiana you could name him after the dad but wouldn't have his last name if hes not there to sign the birth certificate.

The facility he is in now is a long term treatment center however my insurance benefits are limited in regards to this type of treatment and we are also tasked with having to seek facilities out of state b/c Louisiana has no long term facilities at all.

They were good with me in high school - because I moved in with them for a while until my husband and I got married. But now she is treating me like I don't know how to take care of my children.
