Avatar m tn I think you need to speak with your doctor and/or pharmacist (chemist). They should be able to answer these questions. I don't know about the prescribing laws in India, but perhaps your doctor can give you a 4 month supply that you'd fill in India so you wouldn't have to worry about any pharmacological difference in the two countries.
Avatar f tn What I keep reading in what you are writing that bothers me is NOT what your mother in law is doing but in how your husband handles her and you both. He is very --- Well, OVER protective of her. I'm a mother and I have sons. I am also a wife. It is right for you and your husband to be a unit. Parents are secondary outside of your marital union. If you feel your husband is leaving you too often to go there---- I think that is a valid concern if it is indeed excessive.
Avatar m tn They are changing the laws in India, but as Brice said, laws won't stop the lawless. Until the men start showing respect for women, this will continue to happen; laws can't force that respect.

Avatar f tn Is it normal for my in laws to annoy me ? I understand it's our first baby but I'm scare that she will try to baby him like she baby's her 13 yrs kids . I was raised very dependent and I want my child to be the same . But idk my husband was raised like he couldn't do nothing for himself and when his mom is around she baby's him . It really frustrates me ! even my mother told her they are to old for you to do dat.
Avatar f tn I served him paper two years ago but signed them to late. SHOULD I tell him about the baby in hopes that he will then file for divorce. Or just let him discover my growing baby.
10707428 tn?1415569790 well if your married in most countries you are entitled to half of everything he owns.... so you dont have nothing. if he kicked you out of the home while your pregnant that only proves he is an incapable and uncaring parent since his child currently resides in you. And generally most courts pick the mother to be the primary care giver, unless the mother is completely incapable.
Avatar f tn I have been wanting to leave my husband for several months now. And he is on to me that I'm seeing someone. Which I have been. But every time I tell him I don't want to be with him anymore, he forces our love for me to love him and I don't. I love him in a caring way but not an intimate way. Hes a type of person who gets hurt very easily, and I want to know how bad of an idea would it be if I told him I had been seeing someone for 7 months?....
Avatar f tn The problem is about EXPECTATIONS!! We expect too much from our in laws at the time of pregnancy. We want them to care us like our mother n father but we have to remember they are our in laws not our real parents. Our parents gave so much love to us so we expect same from others. I used to feel same when I am still 35 weeks pregnant but now I am used to it and expect less from my MIL..
Avatar n tn In the divorce paperwork they will set visitation. Idk what the laws are where you are but here in KY you can not file for divorce until the child is born. You can file for legal separation but that is it. I would go ahead and call a lawyers and see what the rules are in your area. You may be able to file but not go to court until after baby is here. In divorce papers they will set up child support, visitation, medical support for baby etc.
Avatar n tn i have no proof on that . i cant divorce on susspect . i am obligatory live in this situation. he want childrens to mask his behaviour in front of the society and to satisfy his mother.
Avatar m tn When Harvoni becomes available in India see if he can recommend a reputable doctor in India? That doctor should be able to recommend a pharmacy there. Check laws in your country for bringing meds back with you. --my non medical opinion. Beware of third-party facilitator who may set you for a scam. Verify verify with established medical references.
Avatar f tn Luckily my x n I are n agreement over everything in our divorce and we are pushing the divorce before i start showing on the advice of a mutual attorney friend. Each state has different laws regarding the situation. Good luck.
Avatar f tn Everyone, this poster lives in India, not the USA. Does anyone know if medical confidentiality between doctor's, patients, and the patient's parents apply in India as they do in the US? You can't just tell this girl stuff like her medical records are private when she lives in another country--many areas of India are still very controlling over women--unless you know the medical confidentiality laws of Bangalore, India.
Avatar f tn I live in India and have autoimmune hypothyroidism. I have been on Eltroxin and subsequently Thyronorm for the last 17 years. After finding out about dessicated thyroid and its benefits versus the synthetic thyroxine only treatment I have tried different endocrinologists to help me cope better as most of my symptoms over the years were treated or explained away as separate complaints completely unrelated to my longstanding hypothyroidism.

Avatar m tn I was in deep relation with my ex-girlfriend for 3 years, I live and work in Canada and she is in India, due to family mismatch, my parents didn't agree for our marriage. In last 2 years I came to India 3 times only to resolve our issue, but my parents were so strong enough in their talks and their smart moves didn't let me move forward.
Avatar f tn I think Rock Rose is right your English is so good I assumed that you were from here , I see you live in India ..so there may indeed be differences in the way relationships are between you and your going to be in laws I apologise ..
Avatar f tn I just went through this in WI. I had filled papers last February for a divorce. He and his lawyer dragged it out. In December I found out I was pregnant with my boyfriends that lived with me. My judge ordered a guardian ad lietam and all three of us had to testify at the trial to who the father of the child was. However the judge could have ordered a DNA test to be done because the child was presumed my ex husband's by law.

Avatar f tn So we planned to start a family and I got conceived in the 4th month after my marriage. Everything was fine and my in-laws took extreme care of me and were happy. But in my 4th month of pregnancy, they all of a sudden asked me if I know the sex of the baby in my womb and they asked me to go to some small hospitals and check it. I didnt understand why they were saying so. But I didnt do it.
Avatar m tn Agreed with my wife ,( India but now has a british passport as married to me) to sell up in the UK and move to india (Delhi) , there we would be far enough from her family to be independent and start new small business in india. I transfered all our savings into her account as we had been married for 15 years and she had an Indian bank account.
