m still legally married to someone else and he refusing to file for divorce. I served him paper two years ago but signed them to late. SHOULD I tell him about the baby in hopes that he will then file for divorce. Or just let him discover my growing baby.

In the divorce paperwork they will set visitation. Idk what the laws are where you are but here in KY you can not file for divorce until the child is born. You can file for legal separation but that is it. I would go ahead and call a lawyers and see what the rules are in your area. You may be able to file but not go to court until after baby is here. In divorce papers they will set up child support, visitation, medical support for baby etc.
long story short I have decided to go through with a LONG needed divorce n need to know how to completely keep him away n get a divorce because he is crzy n said he will tk my bby n I will NEVER see it again.How do I have my bby without having to give it his families name or have him on the birth certificate.It sounds harsh but if u knew his bkground u would understand.
Ignorance I know first hand cause my n laws really wreck my nerves. Most days I'm stuck hollering at kids and I don't understand I will shut my door and lock it some me time. Everyone beats down my door if I'm sleep and don't answer they will call my phone 1000 times annoying as hell. i happened to pass thru my mother in laws blood report and it said CA is 1035... she had cancer in her uterus which has bn removed a year bk.. bt now shez v sick her lower back has pain her legs and feet get swollen n doctor has been treating it concidering blood clotting.. her blood thickness is nt normall it keeps varing abnormally,, either is v thick or its so low tht whn the test is performed no reading comes up..
The problem is about EXPECTATIONS!! We expect too much from our in laws at the time of pregnancy. We want them to care us like our mother n father but we have to remember they are our in laws not our real parents. Our parents gave so much love to us so we expect same from others. I used to feel same when I am still 35 weeks pregnant but now I am used to it and expect less from my MIL..

They were good with me in high school - because I moved in with them for a while until my husband and I got married. But now she is treating me like I don't know how to take care of my children. I DO! She didn't like it when her MIL did that but I k now her and she is a kind woman. My MIL still says negative things about her - why? I don't know. But I do know that she likes me and so does the other part of the family.
I've done a really stupid thing. See my father in law and mother in law are divorced but they are on good terms about it. My father in law has been dating this women for over a year, they have had a very rocky relationship. Despite that though when we go over there I talk with her a lot and were kinda close.
You will have to look into your States laws. Each state is different. For example where I live if you file for any type of assistance, the state automatically goes after the father for child support if you aren't in a relationship. Go to your states government website and you should be able to find some information.
I don't know the law in Georgia. In CA if you are a threat to yourself you can be held in a hospital. It's called 5150 I think. Named after the code of law.

So we planned to start a family and I got conceived in the 4th month after my marriage. Everything was fine and my in-laws took extreme care of me and were happy. But in my 4th month of pregnancy, they all of a sudden asked me if I know the sex of the baby in my womb and they asked me to go to some small hospitals and check it. I didnt understand why they were saying so. But I didnt do it.
California has always been the leader in these issues. I am very surprised it is not legalized there.

We live in SC and the divorce laws are sticky here. I am not sure how much a divorce will cost me or how I will deal with life being "single." The guy I am in a relationship with is in the army. It just gets more and more complicated. I am not sure what to do. I want to leave my husband to be with my boyfriend, but I am unsure of the unknown of what will happen once I tell my husband. I dont think I can tell him Im cheating on him bc my BF is in the army. Not sure how that works.
Wow, what a mess! Such a shame that things can be this bad with your in-laws before you get married. I don't know what kind of "bad decisions" they're talking about, but your fiance needs to talk with them and be firm. He needs to tell him that he won't tolerate these things being said behind his back and that they need to back off a bit. He needs to tell them that keeping the peace is more important than starting rumors or even spreading gossip, true or not.
This is the new world. Pain patients will not get any real relief due to the newest CDC and DEA regulations. They want everyone to be at at maximum of 90 MED ... for now. Eventually this will be even lower, for a maximum of 90 days, then no more medication at all. Please talk to your Congress people, and let them know what a devastating impact this will have on your life. It is crazy but it is happening, in our own USA, scary times.
