It depends on your doctor. I live in texas and my first pregnancy I had a 3d ultrasound payed for through medicade. But because I changed doctors I dont get one this time.

The two best I found were Shady Grove in MA and Attain IVF. I know some people on here have used Shady Grove, and none have had to get a refund, because they have all been successful. I have never seen anyone post that they had any problems getting the refund. Good Luck!

Here in Australia custody rights happen with the divorce usually (its in our divorce papers) but it can happen at any time if the need arises, just means more money and lawyer/court costs. And like mizzztaylor said, unless they are adopted they still have to pay child support, don't let him get out of that one, thats what alot of these men try to do, think if they have nothing to do with them they won't have to pay for them.

You need to go to an orthopedic doctor. I live in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex in Texas and I don't know how our cost relates to yours. I had both the nerve conduction test and exrays. I went to an orthopedic rehabilitation doctor who also does pain management and it cost me a lot less than going to a neurologist. The office visit and nerve conduction test was $157.00 and the exray was $58.00.

As far as I know, now Blue Cross only uses Quest for all blood work and thus negotiated very very reasonable costs imo. Here is my insurance summary from Blue Cross of negotiated costs with Quest diagnostics. If I was the supervisor of the Blue Cross representative that negotiated these rates for Blue Cross, I would get them a raise and bonus.
