Avatar f tn I do know you are eligible for Cobra (36 months I think) under his insurance at work. It is expensive but you would get a rate given to all their employees ..better than nothing. If he makes the big $$$$ and you have been married more than ten years, it is possible that he could be made to pay for the Cobra. Ask your lawyer about it.
10707428 tn?1415569790 My husband kicked me out yesterday. He said he wants a divorce because he doesnt love me anymore. This is all so sudden, and a shock to me, because i thought we had a great marriage. My question is, i want to move outside the country, im 7 months. My question is can i fly on plane across the ocean when im 7 months? Can he sue me for kidnapping his child even though he's not born yet?
Avatar f tn During an argument with my husband he said he will move out of state and not be in my child's life. I'm 30 weeks pregnant. I have recently calmly asked him if he meant it and he said yes. He does not want drama and thinks that I will turn our child against him. That is a complete lie I have never once said anything degrading humiliating or hurtful about my husband to anyone no matter how angry I was or hurt.
Avatar m tn t work and she is the bread winner and in the past i used drugs to hide my pain and my pride. I only straighten up when she threatens divorce. Then I see what I have done. I ask her to point it out to me and she's tired of doing that. She doesn't have a life.
Avatar f tn 81 hours in. Have to go to training today. Packed all my vitamins and good snacks. Lots of water. I know the person at the place pretty good so I can use the flu card if I need to leave early. I an finally maybe sorta seeing the light. But then again someone said days 4 and 5 are the worst. JkG. Thanks all for the support.
Avatar f tn So my husband and I have been seperated since June (almost my entire pregnancy) and he also filed for divorce. Its's been a very messy situation and he has caused a lot of unnecessary drama and stress to my pregnancy. He's made a kinds of allegations of mw cheating to me being abusive to him and our 2 yr old son. All of this really sycks because I am definitely considered "high risk pregnancy" which he knows but just simply doesn't care.
Avatar f tn Any ladies on here have any experience with getting chiropractic care while pregnant? Currently 33 weeks and baby is breech so I am seeing a doctor that uses the Webster Technique, which is supposed to help with this. Also hoping to get some relief from this lower back pain! But, I've never been to a chiropractor, much less while pregnant, and don't know what to expect!
1157811 tn?1263831494 Thank you very much for the quick and informative reply! I knew that lowering my weight and achieving a normal BMI would help with the back pain, just wasn't sure how to start. Thanks again!
Avatar f tn i filed for divorce and im due in 3 weeks. Big ol mess.
Avatar f tn Girl we never know a man until we marry him. That's all I can say. If I could I would totally divorce my husband but the way we right we would be tangled up in court forever . I'd take a minute to think on it and maybe even present it to your husband that hey, motherfricker, you are about to push me into a divorce. I told my husband I wanted a divorce and since then he's been on his best behavior.
1562187 tn?1294957214 First of all, thank you for responding to my post.Second, when I said that I was gonna lose my cool I meant towards the mom!I would never do that to a child and I have three of my own!I'm a little offended by you saying they might be better off in someones else's care. It's due to someone else's care that they have some of the problems that they have.I know that potty training is a learning experience so I'm not exactly worried when it comes to the three year old.
Avatar f tn We both have other priorities though- me with sorting out my divorce and taking care of my son, he has a ten year old son and is finishing his master's degree. Back 14 years ago we had an intense connection but it was never physical. Even though we are older (Im 30, hes 31) that spark is still strongly there. We are trying to keep it in perspective and not get too serous right now for obvious reasons. We are also trying to be very discreet when we see each other.
Avatar f tn My son is 4.5 yrs old and just started school, but I am having trouble with his toilet training, sometimes he does it and sometimes he just 'wees' or poop's in his pants, he doesn't seem to care and just seems too busy to think for himself, what else should I do, his teachers are getting concerned?
Avatar f tn Better being stressed by a divorce than being stressed by a crappy marriage. Divorce has an end point. Staying in a crappy marriage goes on and on.
Avatar f tn I have been wanting to leave my husband for several months now. And he is on to me that I'm seeing someone. Which I have been. But every time I tell him I don't want to be with him anymore, he forces our love for me to love him and I don't. I love him in a caring way but not an intimate way. Hes a type of person who gets hurt very easily, and I want to know how bad of an idea would it be if I told him I had been seeing someone for 7 months?....
Avatar n tn He does of course get constipated because he constantly holds his poo but soils his underwear continuously. He doesnt seem to care and would play in dirty pants all day if a allowed him to, He is tough and just sayes he doesnt care but being his mum i am protective and even held him away from school for the first 2 terms because of this. I have tried ignoring it and just cleaning his bum with no fuss and stopped sitting him on the toilet at set times and he still just carries on as normal.
414635 tn?1272217693 Wow its been a while since i posted much. Last sunday Carter took his first solo steps! It was awesome, my parnets hwere here and he walked from my dad to my mom without any encouragement! The only sad thing is that my inlaws just missed it... they came to "visit" stay 5 minutes and didn't even come in past the kitchen door...their loss.
Avatar m tn Hi, I need help selecting a primary care provider. I'm a 57 y/o single male and haven't been to a doctor in at least 15 years. I know I will need to do a battery of tests such as stress, colonoscopy as well as lots of blood work. When I see my choices, I mostly see family practices and internists. I have no idea what specialty or how to choose the appropriate doctor, Help!
Avatar f tn Personally? I would let her know she's mad! I would then tell her she can feel free to waste her days doing that - but I had no desire to. And good luck finding a daycare who would do it! However, some people do try to toilet train at this age - and some are successful. If you want to deal with a schedule like that, go for it. But, when a baby can't even get themselves to the bathroom, this kind of potty training can be very difficult for a care provider.
Avatar f tn I think your friend was just saying what a lot of women on the site say also, which is that right after a divorce is not a good time to expect much of a lasting nature from a guy. You can get mad at your friend if you like, but it actually doesn't sound like such bad advice. I am sorry you shaped it in your mind as you are not supposed to be getting what you want but she can get what she wants.
Avatar f tn he shows no intrest in the toilet, and when he is with out a diaper he doesnt care if he is wet or kakki it doesnt seen to anoyed him in anyway? please help i have stared the potty trainig a couple of time but nothing seen to work.
