I do know you are eligible for Cobra (36 months I think) under his insurance at work. It is expensive but you would get a rate given to all their employees ..better than nothing. If he makes the big $$$$ and you have been married more than ten years, it is possible that he could be made to pay for the Cobra. Ask your lawyer about it.

Well, I am signing the lease on my apartment today. That is a relief. So my husband and I have been seperated since June (almost my entire pregnancy) and he also filed for divorce. When my husband's blood sugar is high he becomes a person I don't even know. We have been married for 15 years and it seems like he is getting worse. Encourage him to go,also to read any NA material you can get (they have a few books out in publication that you can get either for free or a nominal cost usually through the group leader). Those may help him as well. As for your temptation-the mental part of quitting is more difficult,in my opinion,than the physical part.
