difference between menstrual cramps early pregnancy cramps

Can someone tell me the difference between prementrual cramps and implementation cramps? Does every woman experience implementation cramps?

i have endometriosis and i know the difference between cramps and these def arent menstrual cramps, although i have heard of some women getting menstrual cramps before they find they're pregnant. i know it still is early, but im just so impatient! if this cycle doesnt pan out, im thinking about taking a break from ttc.

Mentrual like cramps are normal in early pregnancy ,you have them because your uterus is stretching/expanding and making room for the baby.If it is not severe or you experience bleeding then nothing to worry abt it is normal.Have a healthy 9 months.

Yeah its normal to have cramps during the early stage of pregnancy and yes you feel bloated.

When the uterus stretches it feels like menstrual cramps, mine were a but stronger than regular menstrual cramps. If they get unbearable I would call the doctor just to be safe.

and now my period is a no show but im having some cramps. i would say im having symptoms of pregnancy but i get like that when my menstrual is coming so i wouldnt be abel to telll the difference between the two. im waiting to take a HPT. any advice comments or suggestions will be great thanks....

It might be early labor. I have read where premature labor can feel like menstrual cramps. It could also be Braxton hicks but Im not sure. If you have more than 4 cramps an hour, you should call your OB ASAP. That is what the OB nurse told me on Friday when I was having contractions showing on the monitor, although I didn't feel them.

There is a difference between early labor and pre labor. Not to be a buzz kill but this sounds like pre labor to me which can last weeks...
