I know i have eczema, It occurs behind my knee caps and between my elbows. But for the last couple of months I've been seeing red, flaky spots just above my lip and on the left side of my cheek. I've tried putting honey on the dryness to make the redness go away, i've scrubbed with sea salt and honey, i use euccerin lotion nothing works. what could this be? I do not have medical insurance so thats out of my reach. How can i get rid of this??
Right now, i have these red patches around nose, around my hairline and my collarbone. The ones at my hairline and collarbone are itchy. and Sometimes i feel itching sensation on random parts of body but no rashes. I also have dandruff, it's been 7/8 years with it, I use zinc pyrothine shampoo but it's temporary solution. My hair have been thinning, only recently it had me worrying when i saw bald patches around my hairline.

Try medicated shampoos for dandruff. There are a number of over-the-counter shampoos available that can help. The most effective ingredients -- antimicrobials -- to look for are zinc pyridinethione, selenium sulfide, sulfur and ketoconazole (also available by prescription).
I have a red rash approximately 2 1/2 inches round in the groin area between my sack and thigh. It itches like crazy and burns every now and then. I can pat it off with toilet paper and it has a light brown/tan residue on the toilet paper that has a really nasty smell to it (thinking that it is sweat from my legs/scrotum rubbing together mostly since my job being in sales requires me to stand and walk around for almost 8 hours a day).

The eczema flares disappeared in my teens but last year I ended up developing some eczema just above my nose bridge, between my eyebrows, and I was given some cream to apply. It didn’t help and only made the skin worse (wrinkled) so I stopped using it. It has NEVER affected my eyelids like it has this time. Lately, I have itchy dry areas on the back of my hand too.

I have tried alternating a steroid cream (my daughter gets it for eczema), Lotrimin and Coconut oil (supposed to have anti-fungal properties) every day for weeks now. If we got a few days without sex and I don't masturbate it seems to nearly go away completely (especially after applying the steroid cream) but the coronal ridge remains a tad more red than normal and so does the frenelum area.
As soon as I have any kind of sexual activity it comes right back.

My scalp is so dry that i have insane amount of dandruff and my car which has a black interior looks more like a grey interior because my dandruff has accumulated so much. its gross.
my groin area currently is rather itchy at times but i try to take breaks from the steroids for a few weeks and when it gets out of hand, i resort to them and they seem to work for a while but then the cycle continues.
my next step in this is to try an allergist. not a dermatologist.
I suffer so bad from eczema so when i fall pregnant i end up getting it ten times worse due to hormone changes the only thing i can suggest is get a good moisturiser keep using it, it should get a little easier and a good tea tree or dandruff shampoo as these have good cooling down properties which should help itching good luck
Is it just really flaky? I've been told massaging in oil and brushing with a baby comb can help. But all you can really do is wait for them to grow out of it. If it's bleeding it's likely eczema and needs to be treated.
I have swollen glands, ear aches, head aches and back pain, the doctors give me codiene which hardly helpbut it returns again 1-3 months later. what could this be?
The last few weeks my scalp his been itching something awful, it is centered around the crown. I don't have dandruff and dandruff shampoo makes it worse. I have taken to washing my hair once a week because it itches so badly. The itching is making my head hurt. Please help.
