no caffeine, sweets or junk food. Just healthy stuff and lots of
water... only one problem, ive been retaining
water like crazy. Im overweight anyways, I got pregnant at 217 lbs, I was that amount on monday too, yet today on thursday I weighed 221. Please help, I need ways to relieve all this water retention, I know my doctor is going to be less than pleased at my first pregnancy appt.
