You should also speak with your OB/Midwife about weight management during your pregnancy. I was concerned with my weight gain while pregnant because I had severe morning sickness the whole time, and was unable to gain weight. Which meant I couldn't process fat or sugar properly. I changed my diet radically, cutting out most pre-processed foods, lowered my meat intake, and watched my fat intake 40g to a 1500 calorie diet. I started to lose weight and I lost it quickly.

Avatar f tn Oh wow im the exact same as u! Weight height aand goal weight, but im trying to lose it by the first day of summer, june 20. I've lost weight fast before but then i fall off of it again. This time im sticking with it. What i do is run in the mornings, about 1 or 2 miles, make sum eggs, do the workouts they give here, then later on in the day go outside for a walk for an hour. On top off that just eat healthy and trust me ul see the weight come off.

It is important to know that a diet plan is not about cutting down calories; it’s about ‘healthy’ eating. With cutting on diet one may initially lose weight but this may remain static or increase later due to fat accumulation.

What I've found the best way to lose weight is to find your maintenance level (you can find a rough calculator online) that will tell you about how many calories you burn in an avg day. Subtract around 250 calories and you've found your ideal calorie amount! Keep in mind you should take exercise into account as well. You should be shooting around -2 lbs a week.

Avatar f tn Why has it got to be 15kg? Why not a realistic figure that is achievable. I think you are putting too much pressure on yourself to do something that is near on impossible. I say impossible because if you haven't lost it over a sensible period of time previously what makes you think you will lose it all in a few weeks. Chances are you will start and then fail when you don't lose it as quick as you want.

Avatar f tn There's plenty of fast ways to lose weight, (ECA stacks, MasterCleanse, etc) but they're not healthy, don't last, and you suffer for them! (Vomiting, jitters, insomnia, vertigo, headaches, spasms... the list goes on!) Easy ways to shed lbs are to just cut back on portion sizes, cut back on processed carbs, drink more water, and make time to do some exercise on a regular basis. Fast? No. Healthy? Yes!
