I came across this site months ago, and could use it to find some self discipline but have not been able to. so I have no clue what to do. I do not want AA and do not want to do rehab, can I do this on my own knowing I am a mess? I just ordered form amazon a book addiction and grace, I have not started it yet but hope it has some answers to my addictions (smoking, drinking).

hi all, i went to a hiv test today, its negative (my ocd forces me to go, fleshlight paranoia was my last topic). so, my middle finger got paper cut a few days back, im sure abt this as i felt pain when i washed my hands.

look i'll try to help you..but sperms when they just get out guy's body if it didnt enter the woman vagina the sperms will die..so they didnt go to ur vagina straight so even if they entered ur vagina they r dead sperms and wont make u pregnant...thts what i know..
u may want to keep a journal and only try one item at a time so u can keep track and see which foods are ok...and slowly add them to other foods as it can be the way more than one food item ur body is reacting to....

I wait till I feel ok and then I have one item but I take my meds with that food be it pizza, or some type of pasta....and I try to only have it once in a week so as not to cause a flare....

the reason u should eat 5 or 6 small meals is when ur body is use to digesting food more frequently it speeds up ur metabolism when the food is digested ur body will use ur fat for energy thats y if u eat oly once or twice a day u actually slow down ur metabolism and ur body will store it in the form of fat..
500 cal diet..to date i weight 204.. my goal weight is 145 so I will have to do two 45 day cycles to achieve & maintain.. it is a very ruff road ahead, no makeup, no conditioner for your hair, lotions gone, but with the phentramine I have been able to handle the 500 cal diet with out the cravings..going from a size 18 to a 12 in 26 days is worth every ugly trip to the store..
while Japanese and Chinese people have lower rates of heart disease than we do, they have higher rates of some other diseases. For example, the Japanese have strokes at a very high rate, while the Chinese have more pancreatic and thyroid cancers than we do. Not sure I'd pick any of those afflictions over heart attack. On the other hand, I'd prefer to avoid them all!

m trying to loose my weight , So I reduced food intake, but now I found some tiny white spots on my skin because of vitamin deficiency, So dr please suggest me a healthy diet plan so that i can balance my weight as well as vitamins and proteins, One more thing is I have to spend sedentary life style, suggest me the diet plan which suites me, Dr please help me...
u need a better diet plan and some exercises ..
if u cant go for jog then do brisk walking in morning and in evening..
make sure u dont do it just before sleeping
cut all the fat foods,sugar,extra salts frm ur diet.
I'm only 15 and having this dream that has happened twice in a row. The night before last (February 10, 2014) and last night (February 11, 2014). Today is the 12th. The nightmare is scaring me. I don't want it again. Here it is:

He also neglects to understand others feelings such as, he will push his brother on the floor for no reason and not understand that he has hurt his brother. I am just at a lost as to what to do. I have gone to the doctor many times to talk about his adhd and autism but there is very little support when it comes to the aspects of his disturbing behavior. I as his mother, am having a terrible time getting through to him mentally to know what is going on inside his head.
lord. LOL I made my mom tell him as soon as he walked in the door from work. He's a truck driver. I asked if he was in a good mood lol then my mom blurted out that they will be grandparents n he goes ooooohhhhhh noooooo. ( in a good way lol ) but my fiance was there to. He's still getting used to the fact he'll be a grandpa.
