Diet soda is suppose to a better choice. You can have desserts, but in moderation. Also, try boneless, skinless chicken breasts if you like chicken , salmon, fish ( not fried too often) I use my pressure cooker for almost everything. When you go back to the doctor you should have a much lower A1c level, Also I purchase those 100 calorie snacks. I also love the crystal light drinks. It has 0 calories, 0 carbs and no sugar.
