The DASH diet is proven to be helpful for
hypertension. Mediterranean
diet is similar to DASH. Maybe instead
of three square meals, eat 5 smaller meals? But overall, I know it is concerning to have blood pressure issues and at a young age. It legitimately makes us worried about the future. But as you know, since you take medication for anxiety, worry in itself can have a negative impact. You are doing all that you can and care about your health. So, take peace in that.
