Mmm I'm thinking ramen noodles with cheese and a coke then after I'm going to have some chicken tortilla casserole from last night with some pizza rolls and ranch,, then some cookies to finish it..I've been putting on weight but ehh i really don't care to much anymore..

)He only eats 2minute noodles, cooldrink, chips, and certain chocolates. This is not a healthy diet at all. How can we introduce other foods like red meat, chicken, fish into his diet? Your answers/help would be most appreciated.

While i was pregnant, i ate a lot of salads with diced chicken, apples with peanut butter, granola bars, rice/chicken/corn, tuna casserole, rice cakes, oatmeal with bananas, cucumbers and ranch, yogurt with granola, carrots with ranch, scrambled eggs with bacon and diced onions, grilled chicken tacos.

t have all the necessary nutrients in it. You need a much more balanced diet to grow a healthy baby even if you are taking your prenatal vitamins regularly. Drink lots of water and expand your range of foods. Sometimes what I do is make a big casserole or two on the weekend when I have some spare time so I have leftovers and can freeze some small portions to have good food when I'm in a hurry instead of stopping for fast food. It's a heck of a lot cheaper too.

Lol, old Burger King in your fridge? I had food poisoning in the past too so leftovers get tossed within 2-3 days. I hope you're ok & I hope your family or bff will bring you a casserole. Maybe ask someone if they'll make you a spaghetti pie or a nice pan of enchiladas.

So i started doing carrots in ranch, broccoli with rice and cheese casserole, green bean, cream of mushroom, and French fried onion casserole, shepherds pie (cans of veg-all, corn, carrots, potatoes, green beans, lima beans all mixed together. Baking dish full of mashed potatoes, lay veggies in mashed potatoes, then cooked gr beef with tomato sauce, then cheese, then biscuits, then bake till biscuits are done.) That's about all i can stand lol, but it's better than nothing.

For lunch I ate brocclie an cheese soup an a sliced cucomber/ w ranch dressing. Tonight I'm making speghetti w/ meat balls an mush rooms an a salad.

Sprinkle box of stuffing over the casserole. (uncooked) Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of casserole. Bake at 350 approx 30 minutes or until golden brown. My kids LOVE this meal & it is super easy.

I just cooked them as usual then added almost 2 cups of Mayo, 4 TBS ranch sour cream dip, few squirts of mustard, one chopped onion, lots of ground black pepper, lawry's season salt, garlic and parsley. It rocks!! So we are having that tonight along with homemade lasagna (havent made it yet tho, need to get moving on it soon here!) ALso will bake some cheesey garlic bread to go with it. I cant wait to watch American Idol with the kids while we eat =) whats everyoen else havin tonight?
