8550901 tn?1400740690 Theres a lot of free budget worksheets online, and downloading the app "mint" on your phone is great because it shows you where your money is going. Say it all goes to groceries, find a way to cut back, coupon/sales, etc. A great budget I use is called "you need a budget", you can download a 30 day trial for free (without entering a credit card or anything) and after a month just transfer all that info into a free template online.

Make sure you get plenty of exercise - it will not only help burn calories, but it will help give you more energy. Good luck and keep posting.

Avatar f tn I want to know w/out seeking help via a counselor or therapist, if keeping a daily journal would help cope and rid these anxieties that i've been feeling since May 2012? I have seen been seen by my doctor and was medically cleared. He suggested perhaps therapy or counseling would help, however, one is not afforded at the moment. What other remedies can help me deal with this as time goes on.

So basically, this is what I got from it- fresh vegtables, fresh fruits, lean meats, most nuts, NO LACTOSE, NO SUGAR (except in fruits and honey), and NO STARCHES. Is this about right? Also, what is the policy on yogurt and coconut milk?

My doctor said I can do it by the end of this month, but I am a bit nervous because I don't know how to go about doing this. I know I'm not supposed to bring them all back at once but do I just eat a trigger food then wait a few days? I don't get it. I am concerned that if I even eat one trigger food, my esophagus will swell up again.

Avatar n tn i have read that a diet low in bad fats,salt,etc which is bad for every1 else too is the way to go. i have read that pineapple,beetroot mmm cant really think of the rest....brain fog,is good for the liver,but dont go eating to much of the good foods cos to much of 1 thing wouldnt be a good idea,moderation is the key. Milk thistle is very good,but people here say dont take it on the tx but take it if you are not on the tx,its a herb you bye in pill form.
