Avatar f tn Does anyone know where I can buy a pregnancy Journal? One that has prompts and asks questions, not a blank one!
5770257 tn?1374371422 ) I just have a really pretty notebook with a small picture slot in the cover that Im gonna use so its blank except for lines. Scrapbooking and albums are the only art forms Im good at so a blank was best choice for me but gives me no hints! Im quite lucky I was able to work out the date me and my partner met so babies story starts with our story.
522699 tn?1250590716 I have just started a yahoo group for Diet/Weight loss support if anyone wants to join just send a blank email to: weightloss_challenge-***@**** It is just a way to support each other - share tips and I have a database for my weight tracking so I keep going in the right direction.
131114 tn?1380083190 hi emily- thks- i can not see the chart, and when i go to my tracker page, there is nothing but the blank slate to add data to. where or how do i see the "curve" of all that i have entered. can you go look at my tracker to see what it is doing?
1150389 tn?1295559187 I looked and looked for journals and I didn't see one that I really liked. I couldn't justify spending $ on one so I signed up for a website http://www.babycrowd.com/ and use it and it's great...you can forward the address to ppl that you want to keep an eye on it too or just use if for yourself. It's nice to keep one so you could just get a regular journal with blank pages too. Depends on what you will do with it.
535152 tn?1215015169 My suggestion is that he or you(or perhaps both) maintain a daily journal detailing mood swings, appetite, whether medications are being taken as prescribed, any memory losses or lack of concentration, his daily diet and whether or not he exercises and if so, how much and what kind.. Although, this might seem like a lot, it'll prove to be most useful for his psychiatrist in making an accurate diagnois and prescribing the proper medication(s) and/or adjunct therapy, if appropriate.
Avatar f tn If you look at my profile, I actually wrote a journal about DR/DP, and the best part of that journal is the TONS of replies it got. It's nice to read those, and see just how common it is. What kind of treatment have you tried for anxiety? Are you seeing anyone now? In therapy? If not, you need to start by finding a professional and get the ball rolling on anxiety treatment. Hang in there!
Avatar n tn There are several websites on which you can keep a food journal or even just start a journal here on MedHelp; I also understand that MedHelp is coming out with a food journal in the near future... Make sure you get plenty of exercise - it will not only help burn calories, but it will help give you more energy. Good luck and keep posting.
950760 tn?1316697651 can you highlight just your journal and print? or maybe cut and paste to a blank page and print?
Avatar f tn I would like to suggest that there be a Blank Slot on the trackers so that we can track anything in addition. For example, I am using the Menopause tracker, I've had issues for years and one is a rash that appears to be cyclical. I would LOVE to track it visually so my doctor and I can get a better idea of it's progression, rather than reminding myself daily to journal it. Is there anyway to add that additional feature?
Avatar m tn Does anyone know how long you're supposed to wait before bringing back "trigger" foods into your diet. My doctor said I can do it by the end of this month, but I am a bit nervous because I don't know how to go about doing this. I know I'm not supposed to bring them all back at once but do I just eat a trigger food then wait a few days? I don't get it. I am concerned that if I even eat one trigger food, my esophagus will swell up again.
666921 tn?1254990618 I have noticed a lot of us here have sinus problems - also neck/head - I was wondering if you would be interested in making a list - all of us could perhaps compile a list in our journal entries - maybe put symptoms in order of onset and then another list in order of severity - it would be interesting to be able to compare things easily. just a suggestion - what do you 'all' think?
Avatar m tn Pls read the study of "The Influence of Low-powered Family LED Lighting on Eyes in Mice Experimental Model "in life science journal.
644974 tn?1312758070 Are you trying to write a journal through the Journal interface or through the Tracker interface? On My MedHelp, on the Journals panel, you should see a link that says, Write a new journal entry. If you click that, you should see a form that has text boxes for Title, Journal Entry and Tags. Do you see that?
976084 tn?1270872439 I don't want to copy and paste what I wrote in my journal but if someone thinks they might want to help me can you please read it. Thank you for anyone who actually does...
Avatar m tn anyone else doing a pregnancy journal for their child to read once they're older?:) I've been pretty loyal to mine.:) I hope my son will enjoy and appreciate it once he is older.
Avatar n tn Adam Drewnowski and Allen S. Levine write in the "Journal of Nutrition" that added sugar and fat make up more than 50 percent of the typical American diet and contributes to the obesity epidemic. Craving sweets after a meal can hamper weight loss efforts. You try to deny the craving, only making it more pronounced. If you indulge the craving, stopping with a small serving may be impossible for you.
Avatar f tn I would go to a bland diet and add things in slowly to see what effect different items have. You can journal it. Then you will be left with a safe diet of foods. Fiber in particular can be tricky for flatulence. Be careful with all fiber foods and introduce slowly such as nuts, legumes, breads, cereals, vegetables with higher fiber, etc. Stick to smaller portions too of all meals even if you have to eat more frequently. And as purple stated, lower fat foods are better.
Avatar f tn A good support system and friend to talk to does help. Feel free to contact me anytime if you just want to vent about your feelings. Keeping a journal helped me get through the first year.
1952674 tn?1329190798 I got this idea to write a pregnancy journal but i wanted something to be able to share with our child as he or she grows. So i came up with the idea of writing a book for the baby about how me & him met & how we found out we were pregnant with him/her & the ultrasounds along the way up until we have him/her. Of course i made it for a small child to understand, i know id love to have that book if my mom had made one for me & to be able to even share that with my children!
Avatar f tn Well I finally took the Lexapro yesterday afternoon. I noticed that it made me tired and dizzy and also nausea. I yawn a lot more now too, and when I yawn big that's when I feel nausea. I didn't sleep much last night, but since this been going on I hardly ever sleep now. I also noticed a lot of what feels like sinus pressure above my nose. Also some drainage inside. Today I feel funny! I just finished crying cause I feel kinda confused.
460591 tn?1207150799 I want to keep a journal that I actually write in. A journal that I can look back on, keep memorable things in, cards, notes, things of this nature. I want it to be a documentation of my life going from dirty to sober and I want to see the changes in the writing, that I see in myself. I don't know if you can understand that... I don't know if I worded it well.

Avatar n tn where her eyes roll back and slightly to the right. She gets a very blank look on her face and it only lasts a second or two. I'm concerned for 2 different reasons. First, she was born with different size pupils which is only noticeable when they are both dilated. The right pupil is larger. She has seen a pediatric opthamologist but never a neurologist. The opthamologist said her eyes are fine.
Avatar f tn My vision would be like i walked inside from a sunny day into a dark room, then my arms.go numb and my fingers curl up, also start losing my speech and then I blank out for 5 to 10 minutes. I am aware of things when i blank out and when i come to i am extremely tired and it takes me awhile to get my speech back. I have these two to three times a month. I have been through so many doctors that it it is so frustrating. All of my mri, EEG, and video EEG have came back normal.
