Is there a good diet plan for someone who had their gallbladder taking out? Also, I'm a picky eater..LOL! I think that's why I do so bad on diets.

Avatar f tn Hi, I have been struggling with loosing weight the last few months tried so many diets ect , I have decided to make things simple and just walk everyday and eat a low calorie diet Breakfast- low far yogut with fruit Lunch - whole meal bread with tuna / low fat cheese and Salad Dinner - fish or chicken with lots of vegetables I will be drinking water and fruit for snacks if hungry Any advice or help would be great really need to loose weight and want it to be a healthy lifestyle change
Avatar f tn i am different from those who commented above. Because I am more like YOU. (And unlike them I don't have an agenda to promote a particular diet program like Atkins) etc... I can only tell you about my life--- And, for me--- I tried and tried for years to lose weight on my own. I grew up Hating the word diet cause I saw my mom struggle with what she thought was a problem, and I can honestly say she was never over weight more than 5-10 lbs in her life.

Avatar n tn We don't really do diet plans, but you can do that via the Diet Diary app... it will help you figure out the number of calories you need/day, plus the amount of protein, carbs, fat, etc... Focus on lean protein, healthful fats, veggies...

Theres lots of healthy food I cant stand but lots I love. I still enjoy a cake and some chocolate now and then...im not a rabbit...its just everything in moderation.

Avatar n tn ve had really good luck in the past with eating some fats and veggies. For instance, if I focus on eating my veggies first, that helps fill me up (and I season them however I want - butter, salt, balsamic, whatever sauce I want - I figure veggies covered in just about anything are healthier than chocolates and jolly ranchers...). Olive oil and butter on veggies seem to help me feel satisfied with them.

My question is did it take time for your body to get use to eating less or just following the meals? I get pretty cranky when I constantly feel hungry. And my mood really effects how my family feels for the day! The saying is true. If momma ain't happy ain't nobody happy.
Avatar f tn I don't think a diet with less than 1000 calories is healthy. Maybe you should just try eating at least 5 or 6 times a day with small portions and remember to exercise, drink plenty of water and try and lose weight slowly. If you lose it too fast, sometimes you gain it all back and then some. Try eating in moderation; I hate to use the word "diet" cause it makes you feel like you are depriving yourself of something.

231441 tn?1333892766 Hi, actually my endo has always suspected a problem and has always been regularly testing, but my levels at that time were good. Fasting 70 - 80 and after eating around 100. Then I got pregnant with my daughter about 2 years ago. As soon as I got pregnant I did the glucose tolerance test and failed, though the levels for pregnancy are much more stringent that for non-pregnancy. Targets during pregnancy are fasting < 95 and after eating < 120.
