Avatar f tn My 7 month old French Bulldog x Staffordshire Bull Terrier has hiccups probably 5-10 times a day! They can be when he wakes up, after eating (which I know is down to ingesting air - he has a slow feeder bowl), after drinking, while playing - basically any time! Someone told me it was because he's growing, so I'm not overly bothered at the moment. He still has several months to a year of growing left to do, so it looks like the hiccups are here for the foreseeable future...!

At 17, your body is not fully developed yet and cutting calories that severely can cause multiple health issues as you age. A healthy diet, that you can maintain as a lifestyle and moderate exercise are the safest way to lose weight - if you even need to lose weight. If all you're eating is fruit and sandwiches, you aren't getting nearly enough nutrition.

Avatar f tn Have you been tested for Celiac disease? There are some things that will help both conditions. Eating 5-6 small meals a day. Take the 3 large meals and break them into half so you are eating food every 2-3 hours during the day. This keeps your body be in a constant rhyme and does not become 'overloaded' 3 times a day with heavy meals. Eating lower fat foods will help too.
Tbd I exercise couple times a week, but could not lose weight because I can't control my meal potion

When I'm on clear liquids only is the only time I don't feel in terrible pain. It almost feels like when food is in my esophagus that my heart starts acting up but no hernia or any signs of anything gi or heart related.

I thought I had it made. I love yogurt, but by the time I was finished with Incivek I was so tired of Greek yogurt that I will probably never eat it again. Also assigning a nap time during the day often helps. You can take a light meal before this. At times some ante depressants are prescribed to control the symptoms. Avatar f tn I would advise you to eat your breakfast - this is the most important meal of the day. Then stick to three meals a day, rather than every two hours. Eating proteins like chicken or fish and vegetables will keep you full until the next meal time. It is important to NOT eat junk foods, as these are 'empty calories' that will contribute to weight gain, and will actually make you hungrier and crave more food. You have not said if you are drinking pop - but if you are, please stop.
