t take anything to an extreme, have faith in your body and the pregnancy process (it truly is amazing). As far as
eating, follow a healthy, balanced
diet (the more things with the fewest possible ingredients, the healthier it is). If something seems questionably prepared, don't eat it. If you would question it not pregnant, don't eat it.
Anyway, that's my approach. I have a super healthy, normal son and have been having a smooth, normal second pregnancy.
