Hi, congratulations! :) I was really sick
at the start of my pregnancy too and was
eating badly as it was all I could stomach. The main thing is to eat what you can, so don't worry about it- baby will get the nutrients required from you. Just keep taking vitamins (I found it better to have them at night or they didn't stay down either). Once the sickness passes you can get back to healthy eating :) good luck, I hope you have a lovely pregnancy!
