Yes, look out for what you consume, any carbohydrate rich foods is very
fattening, this includes but it not limited to: sugars, chocolate, bread (dark or white), pasta, rice, potatoes, fries, most sauces, carrots, broccoli, most fruits (avocado is ok though), all yogurts and other dairy products that have sugars added.
Carb low is: meat all kinds including fish, cheese, vegetables most of them.
