Is diet coke safe during pregnancy? I've heard mix reviews.
Diet or regular? I ask because I used to put sugar in my coffee and over time I found I was putting in more and more. I switched to artificial sweetner, and my use has stayed constant. If you're drinking regular coke, try switching to diet and see if that does the trick.
Everything that I eat gives me indigestion, and I'm hungry all the time and don't know what to buy because I've never been a good diet person besides Diet Coke and I gave that up. I've tried looking on YouTube for good meals to cook but with school and work I dont have much time for cooking gourmet. If anyone has any good ideas for fast "cheaper" meals I would greatly appreciate it!
I am starting mine soon. For the 2nd time. My friend is also going to do it at the same time.She does not take as many but also needs to stop as she is also a single mother with children. Anyhow, she did mention she has done coke while detoxing and it helped her to detox since it's not her drug of choice. I think that would make it worst, but some people say, pot helps. So does this help? I can't imagine it would. I told her I think she would just start doing that, and maybe get sicker.
Diet soda has aspertame in it which is a chemical that can cause cancer, my favorite soda is diet coke, but i try to only have 1 or 2 a week, and drink other caffeinated drinks that aren't diet so I dont get migraines from my caffeine addiction lol, I'm addicted to energy drinks but avoid them often while pregnant.
Hello ... I am on a diet trying to loose some kilos and I'd like or know if it is ok to drink coke zero? I mean is it like water or its better not to consume it very often??
It's me...I don't like feeling this way.I've always been so strong.But I guess we are entitled to a pity party once in a while,lol.I wish I had planned this better and had more of a support system.I had no idea it would be so rough.My son,when here,has been great.He is so funny...he brought me ice cream & diet coke and I was thinking yuuukk,lol...but I ate a little bit so he would feel appreciated.
Thanks for the responses regarding my question on the connection between diet sodas and MS. I guess it was too much to hope for. I assumed since an MD had said he knew for a fact that the study on this connection was true, I really believed him. And to think that I have put myself through hell these past eight days detoxing off my beloved diet coke! Even though it didn't cause my MS, I'm sure the aspartame isn't good to be taking anyway.
