Common Questions and Answers about Diet coke calories

diet

Avatar f tn Diet or regular? I ask because I used to put sugar in my coffee and over time I found I was putting in more and more. I switched to artificial sweetner, and my use has stayed constant. If you're drinking regular coke, try switching to diet and see if that does the trick.
Avatar n tn What is the best diet for a person with cirrhosis of the liver and pancreatic disease
Avatar f tn A little bit of sugar is not going to hurt anything. If by "candy" you mean one piece a day, and you aren't also getting a lot of other sweets in your diet (such as drinking Coke all the time or eating a lot of dessert), you're doing fine. If, on the other hand, your diet contains a lot of sugar already, and by "candy" you mean a candy bar a day, that is too much.

' boiled chicken (4 pieces) ....
7366593 tn?1400009626 I drink it.. it like my coffee. I gotta have it. Its not really good for you but trust me. There are things wayyyyy worse..
Avatar f tn Is diet coke safe during pregnancy? I've heard mix reviews.
Avatar f tn I have heard diet coke is a much better option than regular so if youre drinking just on weekends im sure you are fine!! Wonko-oh man u said unfiltered water oh it grosses me out lol!! Our water here literally taste like dirt!! You cannot drink it you are forced to get bottles!! And when u go to fast food places if they dont filter properly your soda taste dirt too!!
Avatar f tn if you take sodas like coke zero ( zero carbs and calories!) it wouldn't hurt your weight loss that much. But people say drinking soda contributes to cancer, kidney stones, obesity...yikes.
Avatar f tn Many will disagree with me I am sure but I am of the school of it's 90% what you eat and 10% what you do. I think you are possibly doing something not quite right with the food choices? I posted a thread about my very strange weight loss I have experienced over that last 2.5 months .... You can look for it but I will tell you here briefly in case it will help you. Throughout my adult life I have weighed around 120 to 125 lbs. I am 5'4, 35 years old.
Avatar f tn I love diet coke! If I have more then one I will drink a lot of water after. Its hard to cut out everything you enjoy!!
Avatar f tn Though it is not healthy, YES, calories from Coke do count, being it is a liquid, it gets in your system fast, as do any soft drinks. If you want healthy calories, eat lots of fruits and "meaty" veggies, meaning peas, lima beans, etc. A good smoothie once in awhile will not hurt either.
Avatar m tn Limit fruit to 3 servings/day because it tend to have a lot of sugar and if not used right away, turns to fat. Try to center your meals around vegetables, because they have a lot of nutrients and fiber for very few calories. Also stick to low/no fat dairy, lean meats, good fats (such as avocado, olive oil, etc). Nuts and seeds are a good addition, because of the nutrients, but limit them because of the fat, even though it's "good" fat.
Avatar f tn You could stick to a homemade fresh juice (Orange juice, etc..) Avoid diet coke or diet fizzy drinks because they are NOT HEALTHY. - LUNCH Drinking a cup of green tea is important at night, add ginger or honey with it. Do not eat heavy meals that makes you feel so full. Because you will end up feelings uncomfortable. Eat Quest Bar with banana milk shake (high in protein and healthy). Eat fruits or tuna and veggies. - EXERCISE 4-5 Days a week. Or else it will make your body tired.
Avatar f tn How many calories I have to take everyday? And how much calories I have to burn?
Avatar f tn I noticed after that the calories slowly started to decrease,  ending up today with just 788 calories.  I would like to know why? If it will continue to decrease I will end up eating too less and I cannot call that healthy. I know the purpose is to loose unwanted weight but the most important is to have a balanced weight and a healthy body.  I will like to know what can I do to stick with my initial calories from when I started.
1378836 tn?1279009631 i dont know what to do please help, i have tried to stop drinking coke but the moment i see it displayed in shops or any where i totally fail to resist. i have tried to eat choclate, chew gum... but people also say that these 2 are not good as well. how can i over come this?
Avatar n tn t all created equal, and calories are not your best source of tracking weight. Calories are one factor, but how well and how quickly you metabolize your food into sugar for energy is more determinative, as foods that turn quickly into sugar have to be burned off quickly or they store quickly as fat. A piece of white bread will do that very fast, but it won't have as many calories as a piece of salmon but you won't get fat eating salmon.
Avatar f tn That would be under 500 calories a day which in my opinion is like a starvation diet . I saw that you are 23 years old. You need a lot more than 494 calories a day. My advice is to consult your doctor. Personally, I don't count calories. I plan my meals with the food guide as I mentioned, as well as portions, food groups etc. Counting calories in my opinion wouldn't make you lose weight and you have to be careful to lose the weight safely. Good luck, Marcy.
284738 tn?1283106819 i drink at least 4 to 5 cans ( if not more) of it every single day and i know this is the reason i am not loosing weight.. today i bought diet coke instead of regular coke.. is this really better for me? i am also going to drink crystal light....
Avatar n tn I have just read a book on fasting and using a ketogenic diet for weight loss and diabetes reversal. I am trying it now and am finding it very easy to implement. There are various fasts you can do. I am sure you can find one or two ways to work for you. You should get this book! I have tried all of the diets in my 63 yrs of life and none have given lasting results. I feel like this way is going to be much easier to do than those I have tried in the past.
266539 tn?1281402152 I think it would be nice to have a Diet Tracker, something that you can track your weight and your calories and that kind of stuff.
