Avatar m tn .diet or medicine?.hi. i am a 35 year old male. height 182 cm and 90 kg weight. i do sport exercises 3 times a week for about 30 min. but in last check up my ldl: 159, cholostrol 240 blood sugar: 100. is it dangerous for me? should i use medicine or get a diet? i donot use sweet and fast foods and lipid much and have diet now but these results get me unhappy .

10544388 tn?1414298141 Well, I thought it was kinda low. only ~883, I'm 5'7", 24 y/o and 175 lbs. I used a BMR calculator online and it was 1618. I'll see if it changes as I enter more data, if not I'll email support, because I really think the number it shows is really low.

Avatar n tn Use your own RMR calculator for better accuracy (also accounting for activities and exercise), since the figures you posted seem to be very off. Cut out the junk food, white processed carbs, sugar, sodas,fried foods and any unnecessary "empty" calories. Make sure everything you consume is of high nutritious quality. Skip everything that is not!
Avatar f tn Hello I started my diet 5 days ago and I'm sticking to eating just veg & fruit for my meals with either a piece of chicken, fish or a tin of tune and all bran flakes with semi skimmed 2% day milk for breakfast with no sugar. I also will be eating very low calorie brown bread and light mayonnaise and some salad for chicken sandwiches as a treat for lunch . I have only been drinking water and green tea and pure orange juice. I will be jogging/walking 2.

Avatar f tn s hardcore contioning and practing too, and every day off we have I run at least 30 minutes at a decent pace. My diet is almost flawless too...I've always been a healthy eater because thats the way i was raised. I have egg white veggie omlette and fruit and milk for breakfast on a typical day with a turkey sandwich with wheat bread and fruit and for dinner i have a lean meat like chicken with a vegetable and brown rice.

If you are having symptoms go to the ER to be safe, but the fact that Ativan helped makes it sound more like anxiety. Again, if you think you are experiencing heart related symptoms, go get checked out.
