Are you ladies going on a diet after you deliver? I am I was 130 pre-pregnancy now I'm 169 omg. Everyone says I'll lose it because I'm just belly but still I'm only 5'2. I was going to go on the smoothie diet and eat just grilled, baked, or boiled meat, plus lots of vegetables. Also I'm getting a belly band.

So basically, this is what I got from it- fresh vegtables, fresh fruits, lean meats, most nuts, NO LACTOSE, NO SUGAR (except in fruits and honey), and NO STARCHES.
Is this about right? Also, what is the policy on yogurt and coconut milk?
I also like to check a semen analysis. If all of those tests are normal and you have regular periods, I would want to consider an hsg to be certain that there is no scarring of the fallopian tubes. Don't wait too long before contacting your doctor.

i have read that a diet low in bad fats,salt,etc which is bad for every1 else too is the way to go.
i have read that pineapple,beetroot mmm cant really think of the rest....brain fog,is good for the liver,but dont go eating to much of the good foods cos to much of 1 thing wouldnt be a good idea,moderation is the key.
Milk thistle is very good,but people here say dont take it on the tx but take it if you are not on the tx,its a herb you bye in pill form.
I am counting calories but am always hungry which is preventing me from sticking with a diet. As a result, am seriously considering taking the prescription pill (phentermine) to help supress my appetite. My question is, is it save to take this pill while breastfeeding?
