Hello everyone am 12 weeks and they called me from a specialist office making me appts and i asked the lady why and she like u have diabetes ??? So now am scared and dont want to eat anything cuz i dont know if it will harm my baby.... But what am really upset if that my ob dident call and told me the news???? Has anyone been threw this???

Now, I was just went to another Opthomologist and they said the on two separate occasions my insurance said that I had diabetes. This was news to me and no one told me anything. Still, my last test for diabetes said I didn't have it. I can't help but think this is what is causing my blurred vision. Some days my vision is better than others but it's always blurry! It's especially blurry when I first wake up to and it takes many hours to get better.

I have read several reports on the diabetes support group sites that say hair gets thinner and also that sores and infections take longer to heal.
