- it is aways hard work.
Adopt low carb diet
(read up on Paleo, as this is one option, though there are others, along with portion control.
Avoid sweetened and junk foods.
Exercise daily, at least 30 minutes, maybe more if you can.
Get enough sleep.
Using a food and activity diary can be helpful to monitor what you do and how you progress.
Also getting a friend to do it with you may help.
