I take synthroid 100mg since 1995, Victoza injection, januvia, and hazaar and b12 2000 mg sublingual, b9, and biotin for the last year. I went to a dentist and a salivary gland specialist and they don't think it's a big deal! Because they say dry mouth is worse, but i have the opposite of that. The ent prescribed rubinol to dry up the saliva which I haven't taken yet. I have even thought about making my front 6 teeth longer to keep from spitting on people when I talk!
It is possible for hsv1 and 2 to occupy the same nerve ganglia. The odds are astronomically low that this is the case. It really doesn't matter in that hsv2 really doesn't like the oral cavity and has few outbreaks. Meaning the oral hsv1 would be the dominant virus in this region.
Like I said hsv2 is rarely an oral infection. We don't know why but it flat out doesn't like the area.

I have small dot like sores on either sides of my buccal muccossa. I think i have this for the past six months or so.I showed so many doctors and the response i got was they are due to stress or may be due to abrasion caused by teeth.I don't have pain or irritation but i can feel that sores while making contact with tongue.Some body told it may be because of vitamin deficiency.I do smoke socially.Please suggest me a solution.I am posting the photo.

Maybe you should go to a neurologist, a doctor who deals with things involving your head/brain. Or maybe an ear, nose and throat doctor, maybe it has something to do with your sinuses or some other thing with your nasal cavity, since it is so close to the eyes.

Short answer is no he won't get hsv from your urine. Hsv will she'd at the skins surface but is not contained in urine. It is a small possibility he can get oral hsv2 if he gives oral to you. It's a very very small possibility as hsv2 doesn't like the oral cavity.
