Well, i went to a treatment center, but my insurance company wouldn't cover inpatient. Most centers have a day or evening program. If you've never been in a treatment center before, and your not severly underwieght they'll probably only cover the day or evening program, and then they do an evaluation every 3-5 days based on your progress there. Like mine only cover 3 1/2 weeks, even though my case manger, told them i needed at least 6 weeks, but insurance co.

Have you considered asking for a referral to one of the major autonomic centers such as Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, etc.?
Hi ladies. I am 34 weeks pregnant. And my anxiety and depression have gotten very intense the last few weeks. My OB okay'd me to get back on Prozac, but I am very concerned about the effects this antidepressant can cause to my baby. I know my mental health is important, but I feel very confused on If I should take this medication. One center here in Florida was supposed to start in April-actually started in June. Another center was to start in June......has not started yet-probably will soon, at least by August.
I promised them I wouldn't call and bug them for 2 weeks. I have 8 days left!!!! It is definately a waiting game.

Our 25 year old daughter has had depression and anxiety for 9 years and tried many treatment centers and many different types of meds. She has had 2 Ketamine infusions and says she feels happier. I can tell a difference already as she seems happier and lighter. Since starting the treatments she has not been taking any daytime meds for anxiety or her depression. She is suppose to have 6 treatments, so we stay hopeful.

Go to a meeting as soon as you get out of treatment and attend 90 meetings in 90 days. At first meetings may be a pain in the butt or you may disagree with some of the things discussed. Just make a commitment to attend 90 meetings in 90 days, then If you think AA/NA isn't for you then you don't have to go back.
