depo provera generic name

hi i have been off depo provera for quite some time and am considering using clomid. I have looked at different types and am a bit confused as to what is the difference between clomiphene citrate (brand) and clomid(generic)/ ovinum. The price for 30 50mg clomiphene citrate tablets is £151 but for the generic version for 30 50mg tablets its only £60. Does one work better than the other? please help am really desperate now!

i have tried everything, from lupron, to laparoscopies, to yaz, to smoking marijuana - currently i am on Depo Provera and have been for the past year and a half. I am noticing a lot of side affects from this as time goes on, and unfortunately for me this has been the only thing that even remotely helps, and i still have a lot of pain.

Hello, I was on depo provera for 9 years, I had my last shot in Jan 2012 and was suppose to come get my next shot April 2012, My doctor informed me that it would be fine for me to just stop taking it because I did so well while I was on it and that I should be fine coming off of it, well I didnt. Quick question... which Depo are you on? There are two kinds, that I'm aware of: Depo Provera or Depo Lupron. I had tried the Provera when I was about 16 for about a year. I had to stop because I could not handle the side effects any longer. I did spot for about 3 months. It usually takes a few months for your system to get used to it. The Lupron stops your period completely and basically puts your body into menopause, which is the one I am currently on.

I am 20 now and I have been on it since I was 15. I have tried to come off of it once. I bled for about 3 weeks and then got back on it. Currently I have all kinds of pain. H If you were my patient, i would advise you that the depo provera injection can be an excellent method of birth control. It is 99% effective and requires only that the patient have 4 injections per year. It is important to take a calcium supplement while using depo provera. Weight gain is probably the worst side effect. Hope this helps!

Hi, my girlfriend lives overseas and she's on depo provera. She gets the shot once or twice a year only (not every 12 or 13 weeks). She has it injected one month in advance, every time before I travel overseas to visit her and have sex. I know depo provera meant to provide over 99% protection after 7 days, but we like to be extra cautious and wait a month before having sex. She had her last shot in September, and I visited her nearly a month later in October.
