Hello, I can't remember the last time I was at the dentist but at the time the dentist said I had no cavities. Now I'm 21 and I have a cavity in on of my top molars. I don't know what to do, I don't have dental insurance and I really don't have the money to get it fixed. This Month my group plan ends and I can take cobra but there is no financial benefit to taking my same PPO plan which gives me to price break for being unemployed. It's only $400.00 a month. $30.00 co-pay at doctors. $5000.00 deductible at hospital and I pay 20% at hospital. Unless I pass out and they drag me to the hospital, I am not going.

Also, see if there is a birth center near you. I know our local BC has options for families with no insurance. The total out of pocket to deliver there and be seen throughout the pregnancy is about $4500 compared to 3x that amount about the hospital.

My mouth is full of dental problems- I have 8 abcessed teeth. One bad infection is in one of my front teeth that hurts all the way up under my sinus cavity.
