If you are on government insurance you just go back out to dhs when baby is born. The baby will go off your insurance at hospital.

Why is it that the government will allow medical insurance coverage in the social security area but when it comes to dental the only coverage goes for the children. This is good for the parents sake but....... Seniors need medical dental coverage. Most medical or lots of medical infections in the body may start from infected teeth and gums. This is why I feel this area should be checked into. Have or has anyone priced a set of choppers today?

I applied for medicaid even tho I dnt need it but my baby does because I'm covered by the va and they dnt pay for the baby once it's born. But medicaid helps as well as wic. Once you bd goes active he can get the baby insured but he can do it now even in the reserve he just has to pay out of pocket for something's but it would help you now.

its getting more and more difficult to find free or low cost dental care. even dental schools have raised their rates considerably. if you are unable to work due to disability you can file for government aid. if not you can find a local dentist who will accept payment plans. when i found out i needed a root canal i found a second job as a grocery checker until i payed it off. the emergency room will not fix your teeth.

Of course, without government intervention, your local hospital can no longer see you without healthcare insurance and without all those government socialized programs, yer screwed?

The government provides free coverage. Go to your states medicaid website and enroll - they will ask re income. Once enrolled, you will get an id number. They will send confirmation of it in the mail. Take this plus your state id to hospital walk-in clinic or planned parenthood, or another facility that accepts medicaid(call before if not sure) .

Right now we are on cobra GHI( extension from my previous work place) but they are asking me to change to EMPIRE PPO or EPO since they will not have GHI. Hello, I can't remember the last time I was at the dentist but at the time the dentist said I had no cavities. Now I'm 21 and I have a cavity in on of my top molars. I don't know what to do, I don't have dental insurance and I really don't have the money to get it fixed. I don't want to wait any longer and have it get any worse but I don't have the extra arm and a leg the dentists charge.
