No i havent done anything serious just bad experiences with people but it feels like life of death. Its really wierd I know. And i know the problem is that ive been thinking way too much about them but now im stuck. Its almost like im afraid of my past. The worst part is I feel like i cant fight it at all. the feeling just overtakes me.

I would see a CBT practitioner, who should teach you hands on several good breathing exercises. Or go see a practitioner of Eastern religions, mainly Taoism, Buddhism, or Hinduism -- all incorporate breathing exercises that are centuries old and which is where our CBT practitioners learn them.

Im with Ricky on this. It has nothing to do with either book. It has to do with people. These are people issues. About Islamic countries.... they also cut your hands off if you steal, stone you to death if you're gay, rape each other at will. Real peaceful folks....just like Americans.
