Boob size really doesnt matter with my first one i breast fed, i produced a whole lot of milk that i some times didnt know what to do with. I donated some of it. My breasts did grow a little bit while i was breast feeding, however, weed can lead up to several mental disabilities as birth defects, i had looked it up because a friend was smoking during all of her pregnancys and they all came out with a speech impediment, adhd, anxiety and many more problems.
Weed isn't necessarily a drug. It's natural not like cigarettes all those chemicals which can cause cancer or loss of limbs of long term smoking. As well as alcohol which is damaging for you & baby. Idk abt breastfeeding while smoking if you feel like your not sure you should do some research.
If you choose to exclusively formula feed, there's nothing inherently wrong in that choice. Especially if you have to work soon after giving birth, it can be hard to establish breastfeeding.
So, besides breastfeeding exclusively or formula-feeding exclusively, there's a choice to do both. You could also pump-and-freeze breastmilk in advance, and pump-and-dump when you choose to use (this is also what you can do if you have an occasional night of drinking.
Don't smoke week while pregnant. Try not to be around it.

I think as long as you're not smoking it while breastfeeding you'll be oh k. I've never heard of weed hindering a womans ability to produce milk. Wouldn't worry about it to much until the time comes.
True true. I knew a girl who had a baby and she would breastfeed and smoke weed and her baby would always get sick. And she's like well idk y he is sick. Well he got taken away sorry to say thank goodness... Uhhhh hello ur smoking weed and breadtfeeding wtf did u think would happen. I mean common sense. Some people really don't care cause they still do it. I have even seen post on here saying that oh my doc said its OK to smoke weed while pregnant or to smoke it while breastfeeding.
I was wondering if some moms would share stories on drinking after giving birth and possibly on smoking weed.. And if they were breastfeeding. My doctor said it was fine to smoke weed while I was pregnant but I chose otherwise. I would appreciate comments that are not judgmental!

Hello! A friend of mine told me that her doctor told her that smoking weed can make the baby be kinda small but still healthy. Not it all cases of course. I know many women that have many kids that smoked thru their whole pregnancy and their kids are healthy and happy. I stopped smoking ciggs weed and drinking the same day I found out I was pregnant because I'm too scared to take the chance that it will hurt my baby. That's just me though.
I used to smoke but I quit right away after I found out I was pregnant. You have to be strong find ways to deal with your stress instead of smoking I know it's hard I've had to deal with stress and depression every single day I went thru some hard times but always convinced myself smoking wasn't an optionbe strong for your Baby.

You can start soon after you have the baby of you are not breastfeeding just smoke outside nd when you come in from smoking change your shirt because like cigarett smoke weed smoke stays in your clothes
Not only is the action of smoking itself is detrimental to the health of the baby, but we do not know how cannabis intake can affect the developing brain.
You want to eat right and stay away from all unneeded drugs and alcohol while you are pregnant and nursing or mothering young children. Please take good care of yourself and that way you can be sure you are taking the best care of your child!
Let me start by saying that I'm not smoking while pregnant. However, I've read up on it and from what I've read smoking weed won't harm the baby, unlike alcohol which can cause fetal alcohol syndrome! If course some reports say it's bad. Thoughts? Has anyone actually eeaearched this? I'm especially curious about this in states where pot is legal.
So all this talk about weed and pregnancy made me dream that I was smoking weed just for the fun of it... I felt horrible in my dream (and after) but I just couldnt stop smoking.. idk if this is how these women feel but its not a good feeling. I guess now I understand these women a little better but ivstill wouldnt actually do it for myself.
If you had morning sickness and can't eat as much as you need they will give you an RX for zofran or the generic equivalent. Of you can't stop smoking weed for the sake of your child it leaves me wondering if are ready for the responsibility of raising a child. This is just the first of many many sacrifices that you will make for you child for at least the next 20 years of you life. You a mother now.
I don't smoke weed, but just keep in mind, alot of states now have mandatory drug screening when you go into labor. And if your positive it has to be reported to Children Services. Just something to think about.
