Just make sure the dandruff shampoo is okay'd by your dr. I know, crazy, it's just shampoo right? But personal care products can have things in them you shouldn't use, esp during first trimester. Motherrisk at Sick Kids can also help.
Often we never know why one has anxiety, but with therapy (especially at a young age) you can nip this in the bud so that it doesn't become a lifelong problem for them. It's wonderful that you recognize there is a problem, but sometimes it takes someone specilaized in the field to help. i dont know if its dandruff or wat, but it doesnt come in flakey form. it comes in tiny hair forms. they are white dust like particles which are in my hair and they never run out. what may the cause be and what should i do to stop it? i used to wash my hair every day/twice a day if i play ball. for the last 3 days ive tried shampooing every other day, but i do still wash my hair with water. but no good, there are still a massive amount of dust in my hair. What sort of illness is this?
My mom recommend getting a soft toothbrush and gently massaging the oil in to baby's head. Let it soak in for a few minutes then gently wash baby. It might take a few washes over several days but it works.
Apply it twice in a week at night and keep overnight. There are many anti dandruff shampoos in the market which you can use. Comb your hair well and massage your scalp well. If dandruff persists consult a skin specialist. Once this resolves the lymph nodes will disappear on their own.

I think it is young. But I'm 21 and about to have my second kid. And I feel to young. But I try and look at it as, we will be able to be with our babies even longer and grow up with them.
So try not to feel like you're being judged. Look at it as a good thing that happen. Specially if you can support them or have help.

Anyone have their kids in the delivery room? I'm thinking about a vbac and letting my 4 year old be in the room obviously I'd have my mil there to take him out if needed. Any thoughts or advice??
My cousins bf got vasectomy without telling her and she had wanted a second. It caused lots of isdues and eventual break up. But you are very young and may decide in 10 years to try for another and would still be young...tho one thing you could use to convince him is that when your 39 all your kids could be off to college and you guys still young and enjoying the house to yourself ;-). My 7 yr old female cat has developed what appears to be dandruff thick skin flakes that slough off. Is this a cat's allergy or a dietary problem?
I first started getting dandruff a while back; now I have spots that are very visible, especially when I get out of the shower. They don't really itch or hurt but they do have a redness to them, but its just really dry patches; I've tried treating them with over-the-counter dandruff shampoo but to no avail. I also have a dry-skin problem on my face and my doctor gave me Ketoconazole cream which helped, but the same cream does not remedy my scalp problems.
t seem to have made much of a dent in the dandruff. Like I said, the dandruff is minimal on some days and heavier on other days with seemingly no rhyme or reason.
I've tried adding some olive oil to his food, and even rubbing some on him because I read it might help, but really when I massaged some olive oil into his skin it almost seemed to make the dandruff worse.
What do you all think? I have read they sell dog balm and dog moisturizers, which I'd never even heard of before.

You can also take vit B6 and vit A and E which are good for hair and skin. Try medicated shampoos for dandruff. There are a number of over-the-counter shampoos available that can help.
Lately i have noticed i have dandruff, i heard of shampoo that gets rid of it, does anyone know any kind of shampoo or other thing that does, i have tried showering even More often then i do, which is alot, and it still doesnt go away, i want to get rid of it soon, only got it about a week ago. Im 13 (going to be 14 in 2months if that makes any sense) and im having dandruff for almost a year. I have tryed a lot of shampoos that say im going to get rid of dandruff but that doesnt help. Before it was a lot more ,i think now its a little bit less but still there. I really hate that. Does anybody now some good ways how to get rid of dandruff ??
