I randomly felt my sideburns and scratched the area a little and my skin started coming of in small flakes (as if its dandruff )and now the skin is irritated ,it burns when i try to move the small hair's aside to have a better look .And still I can't really see it, for a while the skin looked bumpy but I guess it was an illusion .
Please help my fiance. His symptoms: intermittent redness on tops of cheeks w/itchiness, intermittent dry red patches on forehead, intermittent redness on bridge of nose w/excessive oil production. Severe dandruff on his head, sideburns & beard. HIs face becomes aggravated after shavng and sometimes acts up just from washing w/water. Large amounts of dry skin in his ears. Also, 10-20 tiny whiteheads from his upper neck to his forehead.
I went to the barber shop the other day to get a line up(you know mustache and my sideburns) and a barber was cutting a guys hair. When he finished(i wasnt even paying attention) he yelled to me " Do I need a cut". I said yes and went over to him. He asked me did I want my sideburns cut, I said yes... He started to cut and the hair clipper were sharp and he he was a little rough. He finished by wiping my sideburns off and mustache off with alcohol.

s hair from her head is growing underneath her face skin, instead of out of her sideburns area, which is now a blank space with no hair coming out, because the hair is trapped under her face skin. Like big patches of hair just grow under her face instead of out of the sideburns area. A new patch of hair on top is starting to look bald, but its the atupid hair, trapped growing under her scalp, instead of OUT of her scalp. Dr's are stumped. ANY NEW IDEAS on what this is called or how to treat?
i dont know if its dandruff or wat, but it doesnt come in flakey form. it comes in tiny hair forms. they are white dust like particles which are in my hair and they never run out. what may the cause be and what should i do to stop it? i used to wash my hair every day/twice a day if i play ball. for the last 3 days ive tried shampooing every other day, but i do still wash my hair with water. but no good, there are still a massive amount of dust in my hair. What sort of illness is this?
Apply it twice in a week at night and keep overnight. There are many anti dandruff shampoos in the market which you can use. Comb your hair well and massage your scalp well. If dandruff persists consult a skin specialist. Once this resolves the lymph nodes will disappear on their own.

I thought it might have to do with scented laundry detergent, because my dad has a problem with that - but I've been using unscented detergent for about a year now and it hasn't helped. It can also be very itchy some days, especially if I accidentally scratch it once or my shirt rubs on it too much.
about two days ago I developed what I now think is are bites on the side of face, below my sideburns. It looks like acne in a cyst form, but it itches, and now for the past 36 hours my gland near that area (near my ear) has been swollen. Am I having an allergic reaction to something like a spider bite? What can I do?

I first started getting dandruff a while back; now I have spots that are very visible, especially when I get out of the shower. They don't really itch or hurt but they do have a redness to them, but its just really dry patches; I've tried treating them with over-the-counter dandruff shampoo but to no avail. I also have a dry-skin problem on my face and my doctor gave me Ketoconazole cream which helped, but the same cream does not remedy my scalp problems.
t seem to have made much of a dent in the dandruff. Like I said, the dandruff is minimal on some days and heavier on other days with seemingly no rhyme or reason.
I've tried adding some olive oil to his food, and even rubbing some on him because I read it might help, but really when I massaged some olive oil into his skin it almost seemed to make the dandruff worse.
What do you all think? I have read they sell dog balm and dog moisturizers, which I'd never even heard of before.

Lately i have noticed i have dandruff, i heard of shampoo that gets rid of it, does anyone know any kind of shampoo or other thing that does, i have tried showering even More often then i do, which is alot, and it still doesnt go away, i want to get rid of it soon, only got it about a week ago. Im 13 (going to be 14 in 2months if that makes any sense) and im having dandruff for almost a year. I have tryed a lot of shampoos that say im going to get rid of dandruff but that doesnt help. Before it was a lot more ,i think now its a little bit less but still there. I really hate that. Does anybody now some good ways how to get rid of dandruff ??
however, i have tried every single anti-dandruff solution they sell and most just make my head more itchy. its weird cuz my scalp comes off in larger chunks than i thought dandruff was. it is also slightly yellower. it is constant, i never have a break from it. its super embarassing too, because i cannot resist to itch it and once i start to scratch i can't stop for like 2 or 3 minutes. i thought it was dandruff at first, but now i don't think so. what do you think it is?
