vitamin

8012558 tn?1399308657 I was so excited how easy is to take them, but I just read some not so good reviews about gummy vitamins. Now I feel bad because I think they are not going to do a good job. I have vitamin D deficiency (was told it's inherited) and it is important for me to take them on daily bases. I also take multivitamin, vitamin C, and Fish-Oil (all gummies). Does anyone have experience with taking gummies and did they worked for you? I am also worried about sugar intake now.
Avatar f tn I was able to make my choice from looking up what I need from my daily vitamins also by looking up reviews from customers.
9020929 tn?1401224392 I am currently 4 weeks 5 days. The suggested use is 3 tablets daily. I read reviews on VitaminShoppe.com. they seem to be highly recommended.
Avatar n tn Mainly because baby is taking all the vitamins your body ingests normally for itself so the prenatal vitamins give you that extra boost to support you AND baby. Folic acid is also really good to take to help your baby.
Avatar f tn Which prenatal vitamins are best right now?
Avatar m tn There are ones you can buy at rite aid or wal Mart I actually just heard of those have no clue maybe check online reviews?
Avatar f tn Mountain Ocean Mother's Special Blend Oil has pretty high reviews.
961574 tn?1520648103 Both of these prenatal vitamins contain a mix of ingredients that not only help with your babies development but also helps the mother with the necessary nutrients and minerals needed to keep her healthy. These prenatal vitamins also have some of the best reviews I have found from consumers and professionals. Trimedisyn is a product that is at the top of my list for prenatal vitamins and is the prenatal vitamin I had my wife use during her pregnancy.
Avatar f tn Why are you planning to add 3 multivitamins? The amounts shown in the multi's don't look like what we, typically, see; what's the percentage of daily value in each one? I find that taking the individual vitamins I need, works better than a multi. For instance, I take vitamin D - 2000 IU/day, selenium - 200 mcg/day, calcium - 600 mg X 2/day, B-12 - 1000 mcg X 1 injection/week, etc. Taking vitamins isn't really going to skew your thyroid tests.
Avatar f tn Do you see a doctor? I had mine prescribed, I just felt better knowing my doctor was picking one he thought was best, otherwise, they are very much the same, if you compare the backs you'll see which ones have the best, and most amount of vitamins! I used vitafushion prenatals while we were TTC!
Avatar f tn As for Walmart I suggest subscribing to ConsumerLab.com it provides independent test results, reviews, ratings and comparisons of vitamins, supplements, herb and nutrition products to consumers.
Avatar f tn I've read mixed reviews pertaining to time of med dose, most experiment find what best works for them. Some take T4 in the morning, while others take T4 at night. What's most important is consistency. Vitamins are takin a minimum of 4 hrs after hormone med. I've taken my T4, Glipizide at the same time everyday on an empty stomach. I've recently started T3, now I take T3/T4 on an empty stomach, wait an hour take Glipzide,.
12142345 tn?1423638014 And her diet is lacking vitamins and nutrients. I am going to have her take some vitamins daily to try and help her over time. Could you tell me if the follwing vitamins are safe to take together, and how much daily should she take?
Avatar m tn m 1 1/2 post op and have only minor symptoms and none that effect daily life. I had surgery at UAB Dr. Hadley. However, I followed up with a specialist Dr. Henderson in the DC area... Henderson has put me on low dose aspirin daily... Anyone else taking this and why? He never explained it just said it helped blood flow to brain... Thanks.!
Avatar n tn I also had a young cat get kidney failure for no reason what-so-ever, in 2016. After spending a ton of money at a vet clinic that just wanted to push pills, do expensive tests and tell me he was gonna die anyway, I found www.petwellbeing.com and ordered some Kidney Support Gold drops for him. They have fabulous reviews and I am sure they saved my Simba's life. I also started him on a liquid vitamin called "Lixotinic".
492869 tn?1285018933 Calcium 1200 mg +D 1000 IU once daily (per endo's recommendation) Centrum multivitamin/multimineral supplement
1123156 tn?1338863369 s preferable if you get the prescription pre-natal vitamins, since they have a higher content of vitamins you need (compared to the non-prescription one). At least for the first 4 months.
Avatar f tn hi mommies i have a question did u keep on taking the prenatal vitamins after having baby??
9602111 tn?1443721049 But you have to eat right! Talk to your doctor about what you need to eat daily instead of prenatal pills my mom did that but its alot of food I cant list.
Avatar f tn If u take vitamins on an empty stomach u almost always get sick right after. Even though some say on the label u can take them anytime, it's best to take them after a meal so they can be absorbed instead of just sitting in your stomach & slowly digested. If you're taking them after a meal & they still make you sick, ask your ob to change your prenatals and go from there. They're many brands, you'll find one that works. Prenatals are more for the mother than the baby.
Avatar f tn Definitely ask your doctor. It may be a waste of time and money. If you're taking more vitamins than you need you can end up with very expensive urine (meaning your body will just get rid of them) or kidney stones.
Avatar n tn so my doctor did give me some prenatal vitamins that I refuse to take everyday. They're way too big so I'll buy my own.
Avatar n tn I'm a first time mommy 8 weeks and 5 days. What kind of vitamins can I take that don't taste and smell like fish??please help. Thanks!
