Has anyone seen the video on youtube called Hepatitis c From A to Z? It's kind of long but seems to have some good info. But since I'm new to this thought I'd check here to get your opinion.
my doctor is out of the country and of course this is when i need them the most, i currently take 60 mg of cymbalta and 2 mg of Klonopin in the morning and 1 mg at night . the past week the anxiety has been getting worse to the point its crippling. i can barley function. i called the dr office and they said nothing they could do until monday.
does anyone know if i can up the klonopin to ease the anxiety.
Any other mommas like to play video games or watch YouTube blogs when there little ones asleep or if their bored? I play plants vs zombies haha and I love to watch grav3yardgirl on YouTube shes hilarious!
m my opinion, because I have taken Cymbalta myself, your Dr should have tried you on another med first. Cymbalta can be stimulating and make anxiety worse. It can be great fro people that have depression alone but like I said, it can be stimulating.
Have you thought about getting into therapy to help with your depression and anxiety? It really can help. Your Dr may want to try you on a different med while you're in therapy.
Hi, My doctor wants to put me on cymbalta for nerve pain that I have been having from an injury I have from 2005. It's nerve pain from a fall I took. He says it will help to calm down the nerves and signals from my brain to help with the pain. The prescription is for 30mg, 1 tab a day then increase to 2 tabs and recheck with him in a month. I'm alittle scared to take this, as I have never had to go on this kind of medicene and I'm afraid what the side effects might do.
Only took Cymbalta for 3 months but had side effects of being off balance lightheaded feeling like I am walking in a boat now I being taken off the drug and having nightmares the sweats headaches anyone had this experience with this drug?
I have tried it all! Everybody is different. I am on 60mg of Cymbalta. I can't not take it though because it messes me up (if my insurance is messing around etc...) but if youre ready to be consistent, I'd try it.

That being said, her doctor was wise to switch her over to another medication like Cymbalta. 30Mgs of Cymbalta is a good starting point and this gives him option to ramp the dosage up as needed.
Regardless of this fact, Cymbalta, May or may not be an effective medication for her. I tried Cymbalta for 7 weeks at 60Mgs per day (after 4 years on Effexor) and in my case it did NOTHING to help with my condition.
Cymbalta made my depression worse and made me pretty nauseated. But then, I never do respond to psychotropic drugs or antidepressants very well.
My Dr. wanted me to try low dose Cymbalta for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and did not have the 30 mg samples so i was given the 60 mg with instructions to empty the capsules into food, as this would reduce the dose by approximately half. I became very ill with vomiting and severe diarreah. I was up all night running to the bathroom and was concerned when i looked up information on cymbalta that said not to open capsules.
I had insomnia and fibromyalgia. My doctor put me on Cymbalta. He said it would help me with sleep and pain. It was 2 weeks of hell, no sleep and constant pain and I wanted to kill myself!!! I was not depressed and have no history of depression. my doctor switched me to amitriptyline. It helps with sleep but not pain, I would never recommend Cymbalta to anyone !
