Is anybody getting yeast infections as often as you cure them? Im 6 months pregnant and I have never had this many yeast infections in my life. I only bathe with dial soap and the doctor said I shouldnt take baths, nothing but showers. Can anybody help me with some remedies or something to help with the yeast infections ??

Its very common to get multiple yeast infections during pregnancy. There isn't really any way of preventing as hormones change constantly. Speak with your doctor to see about preventatives but I've learned they don't help much.

Hi ive had really bad problem for last 6 months, Ive been horrific pain in my testicles and penis some kind of horrible thrush and I get terrible yeast infections!! Hi, I've been suffering from vaginal yeast infections for the past 2 years. I experience this in the last few days of my period. A doctor would know a YI by sight. Take the entire treatment even if you feel better right away and you can add yogurt with live cultures to your diet. It won't cure a yeast infection but may help you keep them away. Yeast love warm moist environments and grow rapidly in them. Unfortunately, pregnancy causes optimal environment for yeast to grow like mad since there is a lot more moisture present then there is when you aren't pregnant.
Antibiotics kill the good bacteria that help fight yeast infections so that is probably your problem. Try eating yogurt with live cultures everyday to see if that helps balance your body back out. There is also yogurt pills you can take if you do not like it. Yogurt has lactobacillus acidophillus that helps the good bacteria in your body that fights the infections. Best of luck to you.
I am prone to yeast infections. I go to the store and buy the azo yeast pills, and a gallon of apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar (3-5) cups in a warm bath works wonders, I usually take 3-5 baths (1 a night) to ensure the problem has ceased. & take the AZO yeast tablets 3 times a day for a week, along with plenty of water.
If that doesn't work (which has rarely ever happened) you can try inserting plain yogurt into the vagina, the good bacteria will kill the yeast.
now a few days ago i went to hosp coz of a yeast infection naturally i thought it was because of the antibiotics i was taking ..but they diagnosed me with trichomonas..now my husband says he never cheated do you think he did ?? coz he had these medicines that are meant to kill trichomonas..or any std..my quesion isdoes rocephin kill trichomonas?
