For the past 4 years I have been coughing up clear jelly like Mucus Balls. I have been a smoker for 8 years, and I have Asthma. I wake up in the morning and in the middle of the night coughing up a lot of the little mucus balls. It happens a little bit through out the day. Sometimes they are balls and sometimes they are like a hair, but made of mucus. I am very scared and do not have health insurance. I am 25, and thought I was pretty healthy. Please someone, HELP!
I have a horrid cold. I'm thinking to go to urgent care because I literally have moments where I cannot breathe. Tylenol is a joke! Cough drops do not stop the cough or make my throat better. Tonsils are size of golf balls and severe sinus pain and earache ever. Coughing up thick yellow mucus. I cannot imagine what my baby is experiencing. I'm just miserable.
i have had this cough for 2 months now and i would like to no that same question^^^^,when i cough it makes me vomit,and green and yellow flem comes out of my mouth i have been to the doctors and they have said its only hay fever or u have a lot of mucus , so they give me some tablets and the cough as not gone, i would like to what it could be and what could get rid of this cough i am really starting to worry now please some one right back
I have had sinus draining in the throat, yellow coating on tongue, yellow roof of mouth since December. Seems almost like some kind of allergy, I don't know.
It doesn't get worse so I'm not worrying about it. I rinse and gargle with hydrogen peroxide, bubbles like crazy when it hits my tongue.
The very last 2 days of the Moxifloxacin course, my mucous finally turned pale. I'm still coughing up very pale yellow and clear sputum as opposed to the solid yellow stuff I'd had before. Pale yellow, almost clear is ok, right? A friend of mine said she was coughing up clear mucous for 2-3 months.
I can't get another chest x-ray at the moment though, as I've just discovered I'm pregnant - that could explain the lower immunity and fatigue.

I have yellow balls that are like hard un cooked peas in my stool filled with a white puss. I have IBS, but my doctor sent them off to a lab and nothing came back they don't know what they are so far, but they didn't do anything. It is sparadic when it happens and when it happens it hurts really bad when I pass them.
I can't stop coughing. It hurts so much. Anything besides drinking water? I've sat up,laid down walked drank water like crazy... I don't even wanna spit after I cough cause I feel like it's been so violent I'll be coughing up blood... baby girls moving and I'm still having Braxton hicks but this cough is killing my throat.... didn't happen til about 2-3 hours ago and just seems to,get worse.... any suggestions?
t eat grapes. I then started noticing perfectly round pea size balls same color yellow but same appearance. I saved one and disected it. The outside with firm like rubber. Once I opened it there was bright yellow fluid that looked like egg yolk. I haven't eaten peas in I can't remember when.

Well about a week ago i noticed a bump on the part where the shaft meets the balls. I picked at it till it was an open sore. I went to a dermatoligist the next day. He examined it and said it was a minor skin infection. And perscribed me a cream to put on it. Over the next couple days it oozed yellow tinted pus. It has since stopped and is healing. My question is, what are the chances that the doctor misdiagnosed my condition and that its actually herpes.
My daughter had been complaining that she would spit out little, yellow/green balls from her mouth. They are in her throat and then she is able to work it up to her mouth and spit it out. They look like mucous balls that have become hard, although they are slightly mushy inside the casing. It could happen once a week, once a month or for a few days in a row. Has anyone ever heard of this or seen this? Any help would be appreciated.
I cough up thick yellow phlegm and wheeze terribly every day from about 10 AM until 1 PM. By late afternoon I am absolutely fine. At night when I go to sleep I feel something (phlegm?) deep in my throat. However, I do NOT feel anything draining from my sinuses any more (as I did at the very beginning of all of this), nor is my nose runny, nor do I feel any sinus pressure. Allergy medicine has had no affect.
Should I be worried? What could this be? Allergies? Infection? Please help.
Okay so it started almost half a week ago I'd say.. I wasn't feeling sick at all, but for some reason I just started coughing up a lot of phlegm.. clearish to yellow colored. I don't smoke cigarettes, only on the occassional weekend. I do smoke pot.
Anyways I thought the phelgm coughing up mighta been caused by some resin I was smoking, but they said that was black phlegm, not clearish yellow...
So a few days pass of coughing up phlegm, and now I'm sitting here.. irritated...

I have been getting over a recent bout of bronchitis where I was prescribed Augmentin (I am on Day 6) and Prednisone short burst (finished 2 days ago) I am still coughing quite bad but the fever has broke... but as of yesterday the phlegm/mucus I am coughing up tastes extremely salty. I have not been using any type of saline spray, or gargling with salt water, so I know this is not the reason. Is it the antibiotics causing this? Or is there another reason?
But, I have expelled several fungal balls over the past few months (either through my nose, or mouth), I have a putrid smell all the time. The mucus is yellow (some days more than others), and I sleep with those nasal strips. I netti pot 3 times a day and have tried all kinds of home remedies (tea tree oil, etc.) My problem is I do not have health insurance (only catastrophic... $10,000 deductible) and won't get medicare for 3 more years.
Do you have other symptoms? Sometimes a CT scan is also done because fungal balls can be tough to see on xray. I would definitely talk to you doc especially if you are still coughing up this crud.

I have always had diareha, but not like this, it is like a puppy with parvo, and no blood. About 2 weeks ago I saw a 1/2 inch diameter yellow ball in the toilet after a BM but didn't think much of it (I had not ate any thing in the last 2 days prior that could memic a ball), and now today their was another one after a BM. I don't know what they are I can't find any information on them. I pulled this one out(I know it was soooo gross but I am tired of being sick!
