So, I'm hispanic, and my grandmother is mexican, so here is a home remedy....boil some cinnamon sticks, when it starts steaming up, place a towel over your head and slowly breath in the steam, a few times through your nose, then a few times through your mouth, do this for about 2 to 3 min. When done, pour the liquid in a cup and enjoy the tea, you can add honey or lemon, don't add sugar.
It has worked for me in the past and do it with my first born and my husband.
