Maybe it is a combination of the Ventalin and the cough that does it. How forcably are you coughing? I can get a little dizzy sometimes if I am coughing very hard to get something out. You should discus this with your dr and maybe try to sit and rest for a few minutes after you take it. Take care.

I have another questions I have been doing alot of coughing been coughing up alot of plehm but for the past half hour I have been coughing up blood not a smear of blood but a half dollar size amount of blood each time should I worry about this.

In the last few weeks, my toy poddle, age 14, has had sudden dizzy spells where he becomes unbalance and will start to sway from side to side. During these spells, he tries to walk it off, but he just looks like his walking drunk. I'm really concerned because you can see him trying to shake these spells off but he can't. The spells last about 10 seconds. Right before one of this happens he usually starts coughing. I don't know if the coughing and dizzy spells are related.

ve heard of girls having this happen and being fine, but it is always better to make sure with this. Coughing up blood can be a sign of a blood clot in the lung or something serious like that. Tell them everything. Stay calm and good luck!

Got 'em bad. Recently had dosage upped to 1600 riba daily, from 1200, as apparently HGB count wasn't going down much. Now I've got coughing fits, coughing from the heels, coughing till dizzy. Hi there I would go to gp blood in saliva could be due to chest infection,coughing too much thus bursting tiny vessels in throat(not serious) if you have severe gastric disorder it could be coming from gastric is the blood bright red?
