The last one about 2 years ago stopped me breathing in and out completely for 10 to 15 seconds and I thought I had bought it. The spasm cough causes it all and when it goes away (usually 4 to 5 days) things are relatively normal although a normal cough stays with me for weeks after.

Meningitis spreads more easily in infants, adolescents and young adults. 10% of people carry the organism Neisseria meningitidis and they can spread it to people that are a risk by spit and respiratory secretions. So Coughing, sneezing, kissing etc. Not by breathing the same air where a person has been. Roommates where one is carrying the organism and doesn't know it can spread it. One person can be a carrier and the other can get the disease.

And lot of them saying it will be acute and 95% adults spontaneously cleared the virus with their own immune system... Plus DH really doesn't get sick and I accredit some of that to the fact that he served over in Iraq and had to get a million and one different shots before he went over. I dont get much but Im planning on taking her in to the doctor tomorrow in case somethings wrong. The doc said they do get stuffy sometimes when they're newborns, and if they have trouble eating and breathing at the same time to get checked out. So that's what I think is going on. No temp though, which means no RSV, respiratory problems still scare me so bad.

Avatar f tn He is gagging everytime he ate his formula....very fussy, coughing and sneezing a whole lot. I went and got Pedialyte to keep him hydrated, he isn't running a fever, so I have turned my humidifier which turns out to be a cool mist one which is good, I turned it on full blast for right now just to get the room humidified, I propped up his mattress with a mattress wedge, gave him some infants tylenol and he is finally sleeping.....but not for long lol.

After some investigation into her daily habits discovered the daily swimming in chlorine pools was what was ailing her. What took away the allergy like symptoms was simply saline spray.
