I have got a lot of fluid under my eyes it is there all the time,the fluid can build up on my eye lids i 37 years old . How do i get rid of it,or will i have to have cosmetic surgery.

One year earlier my symptoms started, but I was undiagnosed. The surgery had NO effect on my MS. For the first time in my life, I can breathe after I cry!! I can breathe when I have a terrible cold. AND the sinus cavity in my right cheek has air in it for the first time since college! I was finally diagnosed in October and December of this year. My ENT said that he has done several similar surgeries on known MS patients! Good luck and good breath!

What can I do to help the area (like for the pain, the irritation, etc.)? Is it possibly an allergy to one of the ingredients I use? Or is it something else? Thank you!

s cosmetic store and ask what help they have for under the eyes, but you could try aloe vera gel rubbed in twice a day. But please google bags under the eyes, you find some better useful answers than I can come up with, but some are not cheap, but things like this could come from you being of Asian descent.

What about surgery procedures? A Laser procedure to rejuvenate the blood vessels under the skin to erase the purple color? The skin on my cheek peeled off nicely, however the skin under my eye looks as if I have more wrinkles now (the skin did not peel off directly under eye but around eyes). When I put the 5% glycolic acid cream on I did not use any moisturizer and skin seemed tight for a few days (I was afraid to put anything on the skin at that point). My question is did I cause a permanent damage and will have these wrinkles under eyes permanently?

This is because topical use may induce severe local erythema and peeling at the site of application. Check with your doctor for proper management with the wrinkles that is best for you. Take care and regards.

thanks for the feedback, i'm a little puzzled about something due to the surgery part, you might have an answer. well, i've read that surgery is to remove the fat in the under eyes but does it also remove the dark circles or the darkness will remain there after the fat is removed?

It is likely that a strabismus surgeon would NOT want to do additional surgery for eye alignment. If you have not consulted one in the last year or two you might want to consider it. For your lids consider seeing an eye MD ophthalmologist that specializes in oculoplastic surgery. In the USA find one at www.aao.org It might be that an eyelid retractor recession on the L eyelid may be helpful.

She said it would be a few months before i would see any visible improvement in skin and wrinkles but how much much can i reasonably expect. I also forgot to ask if i could use the tretinoin under the eyes because i have heard that the skin is very thin under there.

Hi, I have used salicylic acid face wash heavily along with Benzoyl Peroxide, my skin type is really sensitive. Your problem is not likely related to exercise or diet. You do a lot of things that dry the eyes e.g. driving (don't run the heater or AC in your face), using computer (which drys eyes and make you blink less). Waking up with eyes uncomfortable is very common for people sleeping under a fan or with air movement in their bedroom (don't do it), who have sleep apnea and wear CPAP or who sleep with eyes partially open (post Bell's Palsy, post cosmetic eyelid surgery, or just do it).

Strabismus surgery in an adult is primarily to make the eyes appear straighter. If there is some degree of depth perception which had developed over past years, then depth perception may be improved as well. However, if the eyes are not capable of working together, the straightening can actually be quite disconcerting as a condition called "horror fusionis". Make sure there is not a chance that could happen to you. Special tests are done to find out if that might happen to you.
