Had a double back fusion at L34 and L45. Rods and screws and cages all used. I had this done on January 14th. Heres my questions. How long does it take before I can resume lifting and such, specifically yard work? How long will I need to be on the pain pills? Whats the average time anyway. Can a person get disability for this type of sugery? When can I start bending over and picking things up?

Today I FINALLY hit double digits, which makes it seems that much more real that baby will be here in only three months! We're going to be popping these babies out before we know it. Anybody else starting to get a little intimidated by how quickly this has snuck up?

I saw mine right away. Some people take a week or more. Thankfully, my endo bumps me every four weeks as needed. My last endo only bumped me every eight weeks. I take 1,000 B12. I think it's mcg. I take the sublingual that melts under my tongue. Just be careful of too many vitamins if your FT3/FT4 levels aren't in the top 1/3 of the range yet. At first I didnt not believe I was seeing this but it was there double lines.... and I took another one and that one was + to !!!!!!! OMG I am so nervous right now I am shaking ... and ( cramping ) lol I am going to test later today and again tomorrow morning and then I am going to the OB!!! this is the first time I have ever seen double lines ( unless I was drunk ) lol so many feelings and thoughts going through me right now dont know how I am going to function at work today!!!!

I want to do something creative but so far all I have thought of is using converse? Like just buying a pair of blue or pink converse and wearing them or something idk it sounds stupid now that I've typed it lol. My aunt baked cupcakes with blue frosting and took them around to everyone in our family and her friends when she found out. I'm trying to be creative (but my brain isn't working) and also do something that goes with my bf and I personality.

Ok so i just got my tongue pierced about a week ago it is a venom tongue piercing so its a double tongue piercing. A week later, I woke up with a sore throat, and a painful white spot on the very tip of my tongue. There are also red spots all over my tongue, and its incredibly sensitive. Most of the taste buds along the front are swollen, and large. So far on day 3, there is only two spots, one of which was from over 4 days ago, and has already healed. The spot on the tip of my tongue has been there for two days, and is still quite painful. Its bright white, not yellowish like the pictures Ive seen online.

re saving money maybe save double of what you usually do .. I feel like everything I do and can do I need to double it for not only myself but for my baby on the way...

still have the sores in my mouth, feels some better at least the tongue feels better but my cheeks feel like someone took a cheese crater to it..lol But I am hanging in there,,Sunshine & Peaches.....

The best thing for you is to get b12 shots for a while till you build up your levels and take b12 under the tongue as i said You will have to get in touch with your doctor for the shots. When you get your levels up you will feel a lot better.
