This is my first pregnancy so I have absolutely no idea but every time I go to the Dr he asks me if ive been having them. Honestly I have no idea. I don't think I have but I'm not sure. So what exactly do they feel like? What's the difference between Regular and Braxton Hicks?
Most people say contractions feel like period cramps, but I have to disagree. I think they feel more like cramps you get when you are trying to hold in your poop until you find a bathroom, just more intense.
I think too many people focus on timing contractions. Until they begin to make you cringe and hold your breathe, there is no need to time them and can put a lot of unneeded pressure on the mother.
Keep getting that tighting around my stomach with cramps. Just got two big ones and I was standing up and it felt as if I was gonna pee myself. I dont think these are BH anymore. Braxton hicks is what I have now. It's a tightening feeling in your whole stomach that only last for a few seconds.
