I'm 37 weeks can I get contractions in my thighs? I get this Sharpe pains in my thigh the are very intense but only come like every few hours but I get like 4-5 back to back when it happens? I'm so lost?
When you have contractions do you sometimes also feel them in your thighs? I was having some and they were painful like always but I started to feel the pain on my thighs a little too...

My inner thighs are killing me! I'm 36 and 3 days. They feel like contractions but in my thighs? It's worse when I'm in my feet for a while. This is baby 3 for me and I don't remember this w my other two. I drink a lot of water and relax when it happens. I'm not trying to have my little girl just yet!!
My ob says that contractions feel like intense menstrual cramps and the top of your belly will feel really tight. You might also have pain in your back, sides of your belly, and down into your thighs. At 35 weeks I was already dilated 1cm and had no idea. I had felt some stabbing pains in my cervix but my ob says that may be the aftermath of the contractions and I didn't feel the actual contraction itself. It'll hurt more when you get to 5-6 cms. Yay!
Contractions feel like period pains but they start off mild, gradually get stronger and then fade away again. The more contractions you get, the stronger they become. Also if you place your hand on your tummy you can usually feel it harden during a contraction. Trust me when I say you will know when it starts. Im on pregnancy number 5.

Okay so since about 4am I've been having bad back ache's that wrap around to the front of my stomach I also have pain in my waist area and inner thighs from a 1-10 I'd say 10 .. I've took Tylenol & a warm bath but nothing seems to help I'm 39 week's + 4 day's is this labor starting or ??
I'm 36 weeks and have been feeling the exact same way the past 3 days I've just felt like something's different my contractions have gotten more painful but not occurring in any kind of pattern or getting closer together. I've been nauteaus every time I lay down I feel like I'm going to throw up and my little man seems to be sitting so low he's still moving but not on the schedule or for as long as he usually does.

With my twins I only had stomach contractions I never really felt them side from my b uterus tightening they were a breeze...
If baby if lying with their back at your spine it will cause bad bac pain..

Yesterday I asked if its normal that when you have strong contractions you feel them on your thighs or side of your legs as well cause it happened to me last night and today it happened again but this time I even felt them on my feet lol I literally felt like pulled a muscle on both of my feet but only for the time the contractions lasted then it would go away.. is this normal?

How Do I Know When Contractions Indicate True Labor?
Well for every woman it's different. For me, my tummy would harden and I'd get a sharp stabbing pain in my back and into my hips and thighs and it would last for about a minute and then go away and come back every 5-7 minutes. I know a lot of women get the pain in their tummies but I only had back labor so I only felt my tummy tightening. Contractions for everyone are consistent and timeable! They won't stop if you get up and move around, lay down, drink cold water or take a bath.
I am 34 weeks pregnant I have been getting braxton and hicks Saturday night they changed in strength and now when they come my back and thighs hurt and I feel them in my privates the pain is not earthshattering but i do have to stop and wait till they pass .I woke up Sunday with diarrhea and vomiting it eventually stop.. Each of my prior labors have been different. Has any else went through these symptoms?
