I started feeling such kind of pain since today and i walked too much yesterday in a mall. Will try to rest. But do these contractions create any prob or labour?

This change is having 2 effects on users. They are either going to rehab. because of the shortage of Prescription drugs, or they are going to Heroin. We discussed this in the last few meetings. I have a nephew in Florida who was taking 40+ Hydro's or whatever per day from 3+ different Doctors. Now the gravy train has ended for him, forced to rehab. due to lack of supply. This will be increasing as the Database gets more centralized. Cannot Doctor shop....

ve aged a lot in a short amount of time, my body. I still get the occational sharp pains in that breast. And I wonder where this lump is going when it's getting smaller & & &.. I think rest seems to be my only best friend, if I get enough of it I do a lot better. I haven't taken any meds for this lump, I refused medication........ but what really gets to me is this TIREDNESS, my energy levels, my body feels unhealthy, I feel incapable... I don't feel like me.

I don't think I have any words of wisdom, but I did a lot of apologizing this year, lol. Even though I didn't do the steps I feel like I have made ammends with those I harmed, mostly my family. I just wanted to ask how step 8 works. Do you go to all the people you hurt with your addiction and apologize, sorry just not sure what you have to do?

So for the past hour and a half I've been having contractions that are between 3-7 minutes apart but more on the side of 4 minutes apart. Another 30 minutes and me and baby girl will be off to the hospital. I was also having contractions on and off since 8am this morning and then actually started writing them down at 1pm and then took a nap after the last one at 540pm and then woke up to one and started counting and writing down again. I think its time to go soon...like very soon.

I'm 38 weeks been having contractions all day to where it's hard to walk. Went to bed and now they seem to have slowed down however I keep waking up to pee and I wake up starving not sure why. I also felt sick for most of the day and threw up around lunch time This is baby number 2 and it's completely different then the first. I'm just waiting for my water to break like it did last time.

Hey all! I found myself at the doctor yesterday with contractions 3 minutes apart (22 weeks). I have always been a very crampy and braxton hick pregnant person ... so I thought it was probably nothing. But after drinking plenty of water, taking ibuprofen (dr's orders) and resting, it was not easing up at all. My doc greated me with a smile and "You know this can't be anything serious because we don't have any beds for you". There's the chief of OB for you.

the tightening in youf abdomen are contractions. Start timing and writing them down. When they are 5 minutes apart its time to call your Dr and go to the hospital.

I am 28 year old, my hand shakes during writing since 8-9 years, which puts me in an embarrassing situation particularly when I have to write in front of someone. I always feel fear of writing before someone.

I would go with an allergist. They have degrees in immunology, and can get to the bottom of it. In the meantime, please be careful - reactions can get worse. It happened to me, and all the while my docs gave me prednisone, and told me probably food, detergent, etc. Well, it got so severe (whole nother story) and ended up being a med I was on. The very ones they told me weren't likely to have allergic reaction.

Omg I'm not sure if their more than 6 in one hour but each one last a long time & as I'm writing this I'm starting to feel cramps.

For some people like that they make stamps for the person to use. I have seen a man that was quadriplegic use one.

Contractions have been ten minutes apart for more than an hour! :D and I've changed position a few times!

My son has great difficulty writing, and I suspect there could be motor planning, dyspraxia, or even dyslexia involved. But what I have noticed is that he is writing the mirror image of the letters words and numbers he sees. IE. if I hold his writing up to a mirror I can read it. Has anyone else come across this as I am not sure if it is a writing problem or a visual one.

So after a false alarm on Tuesday with contractions 5-6 minutes apart I was sent home because I was only 1cm dilated.. I lost my mucous plug yesterday and have been having a feeling of real heaviness below. I can still feel my little one wiggling around.. So is this it?!..or will I go over like most?!..

And I too was at 34 weeks with my daughter. But I highly recommend going to the hospital asap.

I just felt some type of sharp pain before writing this but it didnt hurt or anything..wat could it mean?

I am suffering in writers cramps from five years , I cant write proper writing way.when I start to write i cannot move up hand going down. kindly suggest me what can i do. Doctors gave me medicine and physiotraphy but problem is still stand.

Well it won't be anything bad even IF it was a real contraction because you would've had another one by now....your fine don't worry! And around 25 weeks I had to go into L&D because I was having contractions one after the other and bleeding.

t had anymore mucousy blood in 3 or 4 hours. my contractions are sporadic and still pretty far spaced. they are about 15-20 minutes apart and not very intense, just horrible cramps like either my period is coming or i have diarhea...ugh! and they started in the middle of the night (about 10 or 11 hours ago) so i don't think they are going to amount to anything...i feel like something more would have happened by now :-( but it's good to know that you got to 8-9cm at that rate!

So after three weeks of increasing pain and discomfort, loosing my mucus plug and dilating to 2cm the doctors have come to the conclusion I'm in really slow pre-labour. As I'm only 35 weeks this is good news (we obviously don't want the baby to be born prematurely) however, I'm also concerned that once I reach 37 weeks things will continue to progress slowly and I won't be able to have my baby naturally.

I just know that when contractions started i first felt like the baby was pushing really hard in there or like my uterus was being stretched.. Then it got worse to the point where I couldn't talk or concentrate while it was happening. I guess it feels like a REALLY bad cramp plus your stomach tightens up and feels really hard.. I think you will know.. It's hard to ignore! Blessings to you!

15pm and my contractions started about 7ish, i ate my chinese, walked the dogs, sorted the babys stuff out, and then got home, had a bath and walked all through the night, timing my contractions, watching tv, writing in my pregnancy diary etc. At half 6 in the morning i rung the hospital they told me to eat and then make my way, i got there about 7:30am a d they checked me, i was at 7cm, i hopped on in the birthing pool with gas and air and gave birth to my baby boy at 10:10am.

I woke up this morning, and attempted to drink some water but while the water was going down, and for a few seconds after words I felt as if my throat was having slight contractions. (which caused the lump feeling in my throat. Like it was closing up.) Now I have this lump feeling in my throat again, and I'm not able to eat, or drink anything because it feels extremely uncomfortable like I'm going to choke. Any suggestions? What could this be?
